Alex is right about how you can personalize these boats any way you like, I've had it for a week and enjoyed the bespoking procces . SUPER EASY to drill and repair.
That is a great setup. The Terrova with spot-lock is a game changer. Pair it up with a Hummingbird Helix and you can tell it to follow a depth contour or circle a pothole etc. I would love to see you test it out with 2 adults and your boy. I’d like something that can fit in the garage and take along my wife and little one and this might be it.

Lots of kayaks out there that are so heavy you really need a trailer which makes a small boat like the Tuffy a viable alternative to a big kayak.
Love the stability and flat floor which makes it like fishing on a dock.
I've seen other reviews and Tuffy goes okay one up with just a 6hp - saves money and weight compared to 9.9 or 15hp.
I own the older model with a trolling motor & sounder & had to build a casting deck. A bit moore weight than a tin boat but stability is awesome . Great as a tender for a yacht etc as well.

If the price wasn’t so ridiculous I would of bought one of these, for the money and storage/ usability, I went with a Ranger RT188P instead. Maybe when I have stupid money I will get me one of these toys.
