This is such a good reminder to sit down and have this conversation with my Husband. I am loving your guys' content more and more! It is funny but also centered around your love for each other, your family, and most of all Jesus, without being too intense on religion. I need more content like this in my life!
This was so heartwarming! I truly love how you edited this Josh. You two continue to grace yourselves and each other! "WE GOT THIS!" Rest in that truth! You guys are covered! 💜💕Sav, you're doing great being freshly postpartum and you look AMAZING!
Not wanting to be touched at times is soo normal for mothers, especially breastfeeding. The term is called touched out. I didn't know what was wrong with me after having my 3rd child ( 2nd child we have in our custody. We lost our 1st born 😢 due to life choices 😔) I thought I was the only one who experienced this & thought I was a bad mom & wife. But I learned it's okay to feel this way. You are doing an amazing job & you 2 are such an inspiration for what sooo many of us are MISSING in ours, check-ins. We tend to drift apart after having kids & stop WORKING on our relationship, repairing after fights & that's how resentment & bitterness creeps in & rakes over, therefore ruining a once amazing & strong unionship...
i think i speak for the whole sosh squad in its entirety when i say, that we are grateful for the courage you guys have, to share these memories with us. and it's so special that the babies can look back on the love you guys built together before God, ultimately leading up to their conception and birth 💛💙 beautiful family. love you guys.
Currently 8 weeks postpartum with me and my husbands first child. It’s such a huge life change so check ins for our marriage has been so helpful. ❤ You have such a beautiful family, love this video and you guys!
Hi! Guy’s I am a minister and I am 77 years old. I love watching both of you. The one thing I learned a long time ago, keep the feelings in your heart that you had before you got married. My wife and I were together for a total of 10 years. Married 8 1/2 years. God called her to come home in 2000. I love the feel of being in love. I told her I wish that I could put her in a pocket and keep her with me everywhere I go. Keeping the romance alive was important to me.just to see her face light up, and the way her eyes would take in everything, the sparkle in her eyes and sometimes tears of joy still warms my heart today. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana. Today but we moved from New Orleans. When I would speak at churches, I always started off with this, I am Rev. Britt ursery this is my wife Marla. Please understand this as you can see she is white. I am the one that was called to the ministry, NOT HER. THE OTHER THING IS I am not trying to change her, and I like her just the way she is, so don’t try to change her you might get your feelings hurt, she is Greek. Now let us pray. Your wife is a dancer that is her gift that GOD gave her, that is what got you interested in her, don’t loose that.every morning we took a shower together then we massage each other. This is what I loved to do. Nancy Wilson was in out city. I got tickets for us. I also went downtown and I found a dress that I loved to see her was 1,200.00 I found shoes and stockings for her. A bag, or purse as people called them. Earrings to match. I love showing off my wife. She was tall 5’11” in heels. When I got home she was shocked. The morning of the concert I took her downtown and got her hair done. We had a lunch, then went home. To say he dress looked fantastic on her was an understatement. I tried to keep the surprise coming. I see how you were in the beginning, keep it alive. Date each other. Send cards, I loved to go and get things she liked to eat. Hot donuts from Long’s bakery is one but that is a city favorite. Keep things moving, give her a big sucker, and I loved for her to sit in my lap and watch TV. Love you.
Longs donuts is a staple! I was born in Beech Grove Indiana at the Saint Francis hospital that they knocked down since. I grew up on the south side of Indianapolis and greenwood. I now live in NC. (My husband is in the military)
l haven’t even watched yet but just wanted to say how much I appreciate y’all and respect the way you do your work on social media. You exude Christ in what you do and you are so grace-filled. ❤
And THIS is why I keep on watching and supporting yall. I started back when you both were doing pranks on each other, I was there for them Sav thought Josh's dad didn't want them to get married, and all the rest of the funny stuff you did (still can't get over the post it notes episode). To watch where yall are at now is simply amazing and so motivating. #MuchLove
This was so raw and real! Y’all definitely don’t have to be this vulnerable, but y’all do. And I appreciate it! Josh I’m need you to get to your level of peace! That’s too long bruh! I think this next chapter going be it for you! Can’t wait till y’all announce what state! All the throwbacks were nice!!!!! Sav is snatched and body goals!!!! I love you guys soooo much!!!! 💚
Thank you for your vulnerability 😭I totally understand when you said that your spiritual being has suffered in this season. And josh is correct- all we need is the realization. And isn’t that amazing how God is always right there waiting for our realization with open arms. He knows he we are human and He has already given us that grace. Hold tight to God and your marriage. These years when the babies are little are tough, but man they are worth it. Praying for you both and appreciate the authenticity. ✌️💜
I love how the whole video you were looking and speaking to each other, not just the camera. That made it feel so much more sincere for me. I simply love ya'lls dynamic! ❤
Thank y’all for sharing this. I’m newly married and it’s so good to hear others have conversations like this. Marriage is ups and downs and growth. Too often I see the pretty on social media and never the rawness.
The genuineness of your care and compassion for each other is beautiful. You too are really bestfriends which make a strong foundation for a good and healthy marriage. I just love the way yall love each other. Continued prayers for you and your family 🙏🏽❤️
your guys vulnerability is so inspiring, yet shocking. nobody trully shows the harsh truths in communicating and you guys portrayed it in such a healthy way. i hope you continue to grow , allowing yall to show the world how to build healthy connections. so beautiful
When you make memories with your kids in one house. Omg I did that and moved and balled my eyes out and so did my kids lol shit was rough. You will get your grove back. After you give birth your exhausted mentally and physically and when your not use to being physical it's easy to stay in the habit. So I agree. Extra effort in date nights and cuddling before bed and love notes on posted notes all over the house to make your spouse smile ❤❤
Honest the random clips of you two really were very connective. It’s how you two are being real about your individual selfs and marriage in the now and then the clips are sincere memories in between. It just resembles how no matter what, you both love one another and that God is good, in those small yet joyous moments in between this crazy yet beautiful thing that is life. This was really beautiful.
My husband and I are 2 years married and have a 13 month old. We didn’t get a chance to really know each other as a married couple because we didn’t really live with each other before hand and we had pregnant so fast (so thankful and blessed tho)we’ve really struggled in this season with our marriage and how we treat each other but giving it to God and being in spiritual books about marriage and how to go through these stages has been a large help. We also moved provinces when our child was 2 months old. Feeling that happiness that Josh felt is something we still haven’t really felt with how many lows have come through. Praying for your marriage to stay strong ❤️
Take it from someone who will celebrate 35 years in a few weeks, hills and valleys are normal. Sometimes the hills are really high and they valleys are really low. Keep checking in with one another regularly like you’re doing and keep each other as the TOP priority. Wishing you well as you continue riding this beautiful wave of marriage. It’s hard, but so rewarding.❤
I know this isn’t really taught in mainstream Christianity but I hear you guys talking about happiness and I promise you true peace comes when you are able to feel the lows knowing that they’re for a reason and learn to see and feel the joy because both lows and highs are incredibly important in life. No good without bad. No high without low. No rich without poor. No happy without sad. No up without down. No cold without warm. It’s all important and the constant awareness of that brings peace which is a far better feeling than happiness
Josh and Sav your honest and frank communication strengthens your relationship. Keep the lines of communication open and be there while giving each other space and grace to be yourself and spend time alone and as a couple. Keep in mind, God is always with you just reach out with your mind and invite him in. Josh, as a man, husband and father we feel pulled in so many directions at times. Stop take a deep breathe and reach out to God and talk to him, he is always listening and don't be afraid to tell him what you feel, fear, want and share your burden with him and listen with a open heart and mind and he will respond. You have a great life partner, cherish each other and share and be in the moments.
ugh I love y’all sitting at the kid’s table (we have the same one). I love this so much! this inspires me to do one with my husband. we’ve been married for 4.5 years, two boys, expecting baby 3!
Love this so much!! My husband and I of 11 years just had a baby so when you talked about making time for each other that really hit me. Just an idea incase you need some inspo, we now set monthly date nights - regardless of what’s going on in life. It doesn’t have to be out and about, because let’s be real with babies that’s hard 😅 You can do a couples massage night at home, home movie night with all the schnackkks, drinks and board games, paint and sip etc etc. I’ve been a long time silent follower but I love watching your journey unfold ❤️
Being a lot older than you Guy's i think you two are Absolutely Amazing & there is hope that my sons will find their forever love, keep Loving each other keep the lines of communication open, don't forget to set at least one night for Date night just for you two and always remember KEEP GOD FIRST SEEMS THAT YOU ALREADY DO WITH THIS BEING SAID KEEP BEING THE GREAT parents that you are. ❤
The more you get older I feel like my thirties was really even though it's horribly medical why's a guy like 5 times but mentalize maturity I feel like everything as a component was better in my thirties then my whole life. I feel like my 30s I feel in more control and everything is better
Soooooo..... I got Oregon because of family ties, Arizona or Nevada due to the RUclipsrs new destination craze, Hawaii as the wildcard due to the Rolls we saw in the first announcement video 🤔🤷♂
You guys are great. Sav, being touched out is what comes with bringing a mama. Post partum can definitely be tough. But don’t forget the things that brought you two close in the first place.
Loved this, it felt so nostalgic like old Josh & Sav before kids. A little flashback lol. Praise God for where He’s doing in you guys life and where He is about to take you guys!
LOVE THE LOVE YOU ALL HAVE FOR EACH OTHER AND ALWAYS🫂 acknowledging God letting Him be first and foremost in your lives blessings Savannah keep your hair long love it🙌🙌🙌
I love your transparency!!! You guys are such a beautiful family. Keep trusting in the Lord...He loves you more than you could ever imagine❤❤❤❤ I pray for you always🙏🙏🙏
Marriage is arduous; good to see you guys taking time to analyze the marriage and relationships. Also, acknowledging each other’s differences and perspectives of marriage. Good luck and lots of blessings

Me and my husband didn’t do “it” until I guess 5 or more months postpartum and because it was uncomfortable for me it was only possible after 1 year really when my period came back. Love you guys. I can't imagine the struggle that you guys are going through having a new born and a toddler but just always remember your guys love for one another and most importantly God's love for each one of you. God comes first before anything else ❤ 🙏
A couple seconds into the video but just wanted to say that I love y’all sm. You guys are so genuine and authentic. I see a lot of couples here on RUclips but keep coming back to you guys bc of the best friend dynamic. Many blessings to you guys and the babies 🙏🏼💕

I and along with the subscribers want to see you guys stay in love forever but there is a long road in our life, we hope, so the world and our environment is ever changing. I wish both of you welcome that change as a loving couple.
Can we just appreciate how Josh and Sav have these honest conversations with each other?! ❤🙏🏼 The growth and healing! #GodisGood
