I am an 80+ year old cyclist from Ireland. I attempt to understand and implement your methods as best I can. They work. I climb local hills in relative comfort and they have enabled me to avoid some embarrassing moments. What a model student Joyce is, reacting immediately to instructions and advice. No doubt she excels in her chosen profession. Well done Joyce and thank you coach Leian. 😀
We’re all happy to read your comment. At 80, you must inspire to many youngsters to see you keep the wheels turning. And even at this stage you still show the excitement to learn new tricks. Thank you again for visiting our channel. Best wishes to your coming adventures
Hello from Tennessee, USA. I am 72 years old and biked for many years. I found your channel a few months ago. I love your training and since first of 2023, I have been using all your techniques on all rides. I find I have gotten faster and stronger and that I am climbing all our hills in big ring. Also I have found my average heart rate on rides has dropped a lot from the past when I was using high cadence. Many older riders who have not tried new ideas have claimed the high cadence will hurt the knees - but it has not hurt the knees. I have shared your story all with my friends. Keep on posting your content. Love your videos. Cheers from Knoxville, TN, USA

Hi Manuel. For a comment creator, and a coach, I really appreciate your kind comment. Thank you for supporting our learning channel. In a small token of appreciation for the people who supported me when I was just starting my athletic life
Master, one other question, i really prefer to cycle using flat pedals for safety reasons. Do you accomodate your bike fitting and biomechanics regimen for cyclists like me?
Hello, how are you. Thank you for the interest in our holistic workshops. MTBS are excellent starters and never too young or old to enjoy cycling.
