The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department newly released dashcam, air unit footage, surveillance camera, picture and audio recording about an officer involved in fatal shooting of 45-year-old Anthony Graziano and her daughter Savannah Malon Graziano 15 years old that occurred on September 27, 2022 during a pursuit.
On September 27th, 2022, an Amber alert out of Fontana was issued for 15 year old Savannah Graziano.
The Amber alert was issued out of concern, she was taken by her father, 45 year old Anthony Graziano, before the Amber alert was issued. Mr. Graziano killed his wife outside of a school in Fontana.
Mr. Graziano also shot at a father and child near the school on Monday, September 26th, 2022, at approximately 07:30 am.
San Bernardino county sheriff’s deputies were looking for Savannah after reports that she had been abducted by her father, Anthony Graziano.
After a 911 call from a gas station clerck who reconized Savannah Graziano from an Amber alert picture, deputies located and chased Graziano in his 2017 Nissan Frontier for about 70 miles until Graziano’s truck became disabled. A shootout occurred and both Anthony and Savanna Graziano were fatally shot.

Just sharing you this, as Romans 6:23 says, for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. God loves you so much that he sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay the price of all our sins. After 3 days after he died,he rose up from the dead. He will accept you not matter what you been through or have done. Accept the lord Jesus Christ as you lord and savior and ask forgiveness of all your sins to be saved from sin and have eternal life and not go to hell Jesus is our only hope for salvation and the if you don’t accept him you will not heaven and you will go to hell if you don’t accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior ✝️

@@rddv1805 What part of, "This is a hostage situation" do you not understand? It can be assumed at EVERY hostage situation that the hostage-taker will either fire at police or try to execute the hostage. Job #1 is to protect and preserve human life. Whose lives should have highest priority? THE HOSTAGES. Not the police. The hostages do not choose to be hostages; they are truly innocent. Next must come the police. It is a fallacy that police lives must come first because a dead or dying cop, or even a wounded cop does nobody any good, and soaks up resources for care. This is a good reason to minimize UNNECESSARY risks to police; an officer that places himself in danger when there is no good reason to is acting recklessly, doing little good, and endangering himself and others. But that's a far cry from current policy, which is to eliminate ALL risk to police WHENEVER POSSIBLE, EVEN THOUGH RISK TO INNOCENT HOSTAGES AND BYSTANDERS increases. Of course, the life of the hostage-taker must come last; if it is impossible to save everyone, then he's paid his nickel and can take his chances.
In the moment, there may be little that could have been done to improve this situation. However, in terms of TRAINING AND TACTICS, there is tremendous room for improvement. The fact remains that the hostage was NOT killed by a bullet fired by her father but WAS killed by a bullet fired by a police officer.
She LITERALLY would be better off if no Amber alert had been issued at all, and she had been allowed to go with her father, twisted and dangerous as he was. LITERALLY.

Also, the truck was being driven at the time so it probably wasn't the dad moving from seat to seat firing from different windows. The shooting of the girl is obviously tragic, but it's not a major "failure" on the part of the police. It was an incredibly chaotic scene with multiple agencies involved. They don't hear each-other's radio communications. All the information sharing is between dispatchers. An officer saw a suspect (one who was very likely shooting at them 2 minutes prior, who was wearing tactical gear) proned-out on the ground, and then got up and started approaching officers. This almost never happens as they will always handcuff and search a proned-out suspect before EVR letting that suspect get back to his or her feet. Didn’t the police also lie and state the girl had tactical gear and shot at them??? I read that yesterday about this case. The footage proves them wrong. Also a cop was heard yelling not to shoot. As the girl was following orders.
Guess you're too lazy to watch the video, but not lazy enough to write a stupid question.
She was clearly wearingvta tical gear. Whether she shot or not I don't know.
@@matthewotis3594Whether she was wearing tactical gear, it doesn’t take away the fact she was unarmed and gunned down in the street by police officers.
@NotaGabeItch someone or someone's were shooting out the car at the police. She didn't have to suit up un body armor and go on a kill ride with her daddy. Militants are militants. Age is irrelevant.
@@NotaGabeItch There was gunfire coming from both sides of the vehicle at the same time. When you fire at police and try to murder them you don't get the benefit of simply saying "oh shit, nevermind". Which is why they were lighting up the vehicle before she ever got out. She was a willing participant and the only person I feel bad for is the poor mother than lost her life (apparently the daughter didn't care about that though).
Why did you shoot that little girl man, go to prison!
She was shooting at the cops dummy
Uhm... NO
This is completely the dads fault he put his daughter in that situation. And there still is an issue of the girl possibly shooting also. The police where dealing with a very strange situation here. Its very sad on all accounts.
Sprayin and prayin. They knew it was an Amber alert. They were all jacked up and shooting anything that moved.
She said tragically
she died from injuries, as opposed to she was wrongfully killed.
Trajectly? I think you meant tragically.
What was his plan with all that gear?!?
what gear? They concealed any footage but eagle eye perspective that does nothing to prove passenger was shooting and that she was in tact gear. Even if she had gear this is murder . This is a cover up

I mean they’re patrol officers, not seal team 6 but morally speaking the father is to blame.
its not the first time, there was case when truck driver were at gun point and cops killed both him and suspect, also iirc some traffic driver was killed, they started shootout inside traffic jam
She didn't look like a hostage to me.
To me she looked like a criminal that didn't seem to mind her mother having been shot by her father.
To me she looked like a criminal that was shooting out the passenger side window.
Not great, but i can see how it happened in the heat of battle.
One cop knew... the helicopter pilot.. "oh no". I'd be calling his ass to court to specifically ask him why he said that. His response should be "because I realized they just murdered a little girl".
He should’ve told them on the radio before he even told the girl to come to him he should’ve informed them that the passenger that just got out was the victim of a kidnapping so that way they would’ve known not to shoot that one I feel sorry for the two cops that had to witness an innocent being manslaughter by the people meant to save them 😢
When they realized that the girl was in the car, they had to watch from a helicopter to be able to act in a better position. Unbelievable to provoke a shootout with the girl in the car. Too many cops, too many guns. No control.
exactly ,trigger happy cops playing out the wild west in 2022
How tf did the police provoke the shootout??? The first many shots where from the fleeing pickup.
Hand out the passenger window, while the car is being driven, is a really clear indication that the girl was the one shooting.
If you don't want to risk being a casualty in a shootout where you are the passenger, don't be a passenger shooting at other people.

So in their zeal and adrenaline rush, LE fired on an unarmed girl with no visible weapon. She was the person they had been called to save. She was complying with the directions given by the LEO closest to her.
Given that she had no visible firearm and was compliant, why isn't this considered murder or at least negligent homocide?
The guy in the helicopter said it best ..... Oh NO...... meaning he understood the girl was shot by the police and his words also convey he knew she was not armed not a threat and trying to get to safety. The officer calling her over was just out in the open in front of his car 20 feet from suspect car....... he would only be out in the open like that if he had seen the suspect was slumped over and not a threat.
The officer was afraid to approach suspect vehicle not because of the suspect but because of his fellow officers, and because he was afraid so he hid by his car and watched the 15 year old get shot down by his fellow officers.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
they got a greenlight to execute anyone in the vehicle. they were shooting at it while it was offroad. it was like 100 vs 1.

That's right, when reason and reflection is required, you get over emotional, irrational and leap to judgement. The officer issuing commands to the girl was not on the radio. His colleagues were too far away to hear him shouting, what with traffic noise and wind. They thought he might be in immediate danger.
But no, you carry on with your ill-considered, hyperbolic condemnation.

Tragic. She got caught in the crossfire. ☹☹
So lemme get this strait, the "kidnapped" child went into store by herself..didn't tell anyone she was in danger... then a witness on the road said he saw her shooting at the cops? 🤔
That's what I was thinking. She had an opportunity to call out for help if she was truly in danger.
I don't think it was a kidnapping. More like an upset mother who got her kid and ex killed.
@@Julius_s19 Yeah the mother was upset. Upset that she was killed by the father. It literally said this had happened 17 seconds into the video.
At end of the day these are just assumptions. You don’t know the whole situation, for all we know she could’ve been scared to death to tell anyone. She knew her father had a gun on him and probably didn’t want to die by running away or alerting anyone. For crying out aloud, she’s just a kid.
@@BlackDuke235Jesus you’re as smart as these deputies. Brilliant assessment.

Not a good dad. Kills wife and gets daughter and himself killed.
That girl was either firing at the Sheriff's or driving the truck. Not an innocent kidnap victim like people think. When your being shot at even with the tactical gear on it was just a matter of time before she got hit with that much lead flying around. She had the opportunity to jump from the truck or run out from the father at the gas station. She never did which makes me think she was helping him try to get away. Not so innocent as people think !
Yo holy shit daughter was in on it? That changes everything. Good job on the video, a lot more context than police activity, you've always been great at that.
Little to no evidence of that. Witness stated that "he" was aiming the gun at him, then said the ONLY reason he thought it wasn't the driver was because the car was still moving. 15 year old girls do NOT get confused with grown men, therefore it was the dad leaning over and firing, otherwise he wouldn't have thought it was a man aiming at him
@@brahtrumpwonbigly7309 The father could not drive the car straight on the highway and still point a weapon out of the passenger window to shoot back at officer's cars. She also was wearing body armor and did not look like she was in any distress while in the store buying things. I think you have to look at the totality of the situation and her part in it.
