XBOX and Dreamcast MS2130 Capture card test w/ OSSC.

Not too sure why the dreamcast has black bars on the side in the recording, on the tv it also seemed to be a little bit slimmer than the video output of the xbox. If anyone knows why or how to fix it, i'd love to know.
Xbox is connected to the OSSC via YPbPr component cables.
Dreamcast is connected to the OSSC via dreamcast vga cables from amazon (I don't recommend them for crt monitors but they look decent on the ossc.) www.amazon.com...)
Resolution for the Capture Card source in OBS : 1600x1200
Resolution for Base and Output resolution in OBS: 1600x1200
The Dreamcast and XBOX clips were trimmed in FFMPEG without re-encoding, then concatenated without re-encoding in one video file.

Dreamcast is 'slimmer' because it outputs 640x480, whereas most Xbox games are 720x480.

Aliexpress, I can't link to anything because youtube limited my channel because I broke guidelines lol, but look up ms2130 usb 3.0 capture card.
Any legit offer will say it does 1080p 60 fps, or 4k 30 fps. Aliexpress in my experience has 100% buyer protection and you can refund any purchase if you were scammed. You also get to keep the product and the seller loses out.

@@robbyjvc oh okay nice thanks. I’ve seen one that has a “hump” or curve on alliexpress. On the top side and flat at the bottom is that a good one?
Also if you have a Chromebook how do you look into the specs of the capture card?

If you search for this specific listing on Aliexpress you'll find one that looks like mine. I got my two ms2130s from different sellers and they look identical.

No problem. I still use my ms2130s all the time. They're great capture cards and they're super affordable.
