It's Tangmere's turn to take the Dorset Coast Express back to London and in the first view it skirts the banks of the Itchen between Northam and St Denys, Southampton. After a waterstop at Eastleigh the express flirts with a pw train at Micheldever - just as in the previous week - so something must be running to time.

Nice shots. It was a very good run back with 34067. The outward run with 4492 was a bit stop-start.

Nice angles from my old hunting grounds. In the sixties I used to commute behind steam from New Milton to Waterloo every week and the start out of Southampton was always filled with expectation of a good run.

Nice clip Will. I plan to see Tangmere coming back at the head of the Swanage Belle on Saturday. Barry
