At this point though Josh basically can not be unattended or he is getting into full blown risking death territory. He’s going to get robbed/mugged, stumble into the street and get hit, fall asleep on train tracks. I’m an alcoholic/addict myself and a lot of em it’s not necessarily super obvious they’re drunk/high, I’ve never personally seen an alcoholic this visibly drunk all the time. So with his tolerance I can not even imagine how much he’s drinking, a handle a day something insane. Rocking a perpetual BAC of .3%, why the fuck is Quinn unable to take this seriously. He needs an intervention it is still consistently getting worse and worse

I’m not worried that much about the amount of alcohol he’s consuming as the human body is extremely resilient and it would take multiple years for him to even start to deteriorate from the alcohol. Im worried that he’s gonna do some dumb shit while drunk thats gonna get him hurt or even killed. like jumping into the Hudson or N*tti Bopping in Harlem. Get better soon, Josh.

The amount of alcohol he is consuming does matter because if he stops drinking all together suddenly or goes into a severe withdrawal it can literally kill you. Not to mention the seizures, cardiac arrhythmias and hypothermia that can come with it that can also be fatal. Have worked in the emergency room for six years now and age as well as the amount of alcohol doesn’t discriminate. You’re definitely right about him doing some dumb shit though while drunk, that’s all still a big risk

My father had a friend that died in his sleep bc he threw up he was drunk. Ultimately it's joshes decision. He has to want it. It's not easy i know someone with special needs that is an alcoholic and they are proud of it bc his father drank a lot. It's sad. All we can do is support him and be positive

it’s much different with people who are differently abled…it’s much harder to intervene, as they get stuck on a topic, and can get angry when people try to change their schedule. he has great people around him he will be okay. this all is super scary and concerning to watch, but i’m sure he will come out of this.

On Tiktok you really only see glimpses of how fucked up he is but this is truly heart breaking, I dont think Flannigan and MQ(If they even truly want him to stop) realize at the level he is "cutting back" isnt an option or really doable or sustainable. Even cutting back little by little if he can stick to it is going to put him through hell on his body and mind. He needs to find a Detox program or and Inpatient program to help him get clean and even then he has a lifelong fight to stay sober ahead of him. First I want to say, you guys did a great job with this interview. Extremely professional and considerate of Josh. I really appreciated the way you guys conducted this interview and truly hope this podcast will be very successful! Wow this was hard to watch. I’m not qualified to diagnose anyone and wouldn’t want to be, but just as a human, I’m extremely worried about Josh. I completely disagree with the way his handler is dealing with this. At the end of the podcast, he discusses a slow reduction of Josh’s intake. Josh has been saying for months that he’s been “cutting back” and it’s very clear to anyone that is a complete lie. In my opinion, he needs to completely detox from alcohol, get through the withdrawals, and receive professional help to keep him from drinking ever again. This has already gone too far. Just in this podcast he discusses being banned from multiple bars for throwing up, a hospital visit that went haywire due to his level of intoxication, riding on the back of an NYC subway and getting a ticket for it. Does anyone think it’s a good idea he partook in such a dangerous activity on the train while he was probably extremely intoxicated??? I hope I’m wrong, but this is just getting worse and I don’t see this ending well without him completely getting sober. I’m sure the people around him have the best intentions, but you are enabling him by giving him more alcohol. You are hurting him more. I can not rationalize how someone could see Josh in this state and say something like “Okay Josh! One more drink and then you’re cut off!”. If you have any control over his drinking, why are you giving him any more??? He was very clearly already extremely intoxicated during the filming of this. Please, if you’re reading this, take a different course of action here with Josh. He is not able to “cut back”. He’s not going to be able to drink “once in a while”. If you want him to stay out of harms way and achieve the success that I completely agree he can achieve, he needs real help. He can and will be successful once he gets his life together. Right now, people are viewing Josh as a spectacle. There are a lot of evil people out there, getting off on watching his descent into hell. It gets the views, it gets the attention. It makes him money. But at what cost? When will it be “too far”? I’m praying for Josh and his wellbeing. I hope with all of my heart that there will be a beautiful comeback story here. The people in his life either need to get their 💩 together and change course or he needs better people supporting him. Just my opinion.

Josh is almost never sober unless they did the podcast right after he woke up in the morning. He needs rehab and detox, straight cutting back is even dangerous at the level he has been drinking. Hopefully this spreads the message and someone somewhere can offer help that he needs.

Oral surgeons have cut way back on giving painkillers after wisdom tooth extraction. Most of them give 800mg ibuprofen these days.

On Tiktok you really only see glimpses of how fucked up he is but this is truly heart breaking, I dont think Flannigan and MQ(If they even truly want him to stop) realize at the level he is "cutting back" isnt an option or really doable or sustainable. Even cutting back little by little if he can stick to it is going to put him through hell on his body and mind. He needs to find a Detox program or and Inpatient program to help him get clean and even then he has a lifelong fight to stay sober ahead of him. I know he said he isnt an alchoholic but if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck.. well you get what Im saying. Either way I truly hope he gets help but he has to want to do it himself. Ive seen so many friends in the same state he is and they did not make it to the othersode because they did not want to. I have also seen people recover and its because they wanted to. No matter what I do hope the best for him

First I want to say, you guys did a great job with this interview. Extremely professional and considerate of Josh. I really appreciated the way you guys conducted this interview and truly hope this podcast will be very successful!
Wow this was hard to watch. I’m not qualified to diagnose anyone and wouldn’t want to be, but just as a human, I’m extremely worried about Josh. I completely disagree with the way his handler is dealing with this. At the end of the podcast, he discusses a slow reduction of Josh’s intake. Josh has been saying for months that he’s been “cutting back” and it’s very clear to anyone that is a complete lie.
In my opinion, he needs to completely detox from alcohol, get through the withdrawals, and receive professional help to keep him from drinking ever again. This has already gone too far. Just in this podcast he discusses being banned from multiple bars for throwing up, a hospital visit that went haywire due to his level of intoxication, riding on the back of an NYC subway and getting a ticket for it. Does anyone think it’s a good idea he partook in such a dangerous activity on the train while he was probably extremely intoxicated???
I hope I’m wrong, but this is just getting worse and I don’t see this ending well without him completely getting sober. I’m sure the people around him have the best intentions, but you are enabling him by giving him more alcohol. You are hurting him more. I can not rationalize how someone could see Josh in this state and say something like “Okay Josh! One more drink and then you’re cut off!”. If you have any control over his drinking, why are you giving him any more??? He was very clearly already extremely intoxicated during the filming of this. Please, if you’re reading this, take a different course of action here with Josh. He is not able to “cut back”. He’s not going to be able to drink “once in a while”.
If you want him to stay out of harms way and achieve the success that I completely agree he can achieve, he needs real help. He can and will be successful once he gets his life together. Right now, people are viewing Josh as a spectacle. There are a lot of evil people out there, getting off on watching his descent into hell. It gets the views, it gets the attention. It makes him money. But at what cost? When will it be “too far”?
I’m praying for Josh and his wellbeing. I hope with all of my heart that there will be a beautiful comeback story here. The people in his life either need to get their 💩 together and change course or he needs better people supporting him. Just my opinion.

As somebody who’s got several chronic alcoholic relatives with noticeable brain damage, he’s definitely got alcohol induced neurotoxicity it’s really unfortunate. Josh is almost never sober unless they did the podcast right after he woke up in the morning. He needs rehab and detox, straight cutting back is even dangerous at the level he has been drinking. Hopefully this spreads the message and someone somewhere can offer help that he needs.

I’m not worried that much about the amount of alcohol he’s consuming as the human body is extremely resilient and it would take multiple years for him to even start to deteriorate from the alcohol.
