Ive been riding a 1991 zzr250 for a while, and what a beautiful bike! I stacked it very hard when I was first learning, and despite missing parts of my camshaft and years of abuse from myself and previous owners it still runs like a dream. I’ll take this over modern 300s any day
I had two of these ZZR250 motorcycles. The first one was back in 2000 and it was a 1993 model. The second one was back in 2013 and was a 1990 model. They are good motorbikes and the engines are solid. This bike looks much bigger in cc than it actually is. I love the look and feel of this bike.
Always good to carry a spare clutch cable, even better if it's already in place, cable tied to the existing one so all you need do is disconnect/reconnect. Especially if you do longer rides/tours and it's a faff to get bodywork, etc. off. Safe riding from the UK...
shit tyres, shit brakes, suspension goes boing, good engine, great tank range, comfy, used it for touring run one three times around the clock.........loved them!

My zzr 250 has been in the garage for almost 4 years now lol. I am afraid that I destroyed it :(. But we will see

Make this your first and only motorcycle cause this is the best bike ever built. Great on fuel, bulletproof and fast enough.

@@Spartansrule118 yes. The two I had gave me no problems at all. Easily got 60mpg.

Also it's important to stay hydrated when out on your motorcycle. Just a simple bottle of H2O in your backpack can be a game changer.

i ran one of my zzr250s three times round the clock
try change the spocket front 15T/47 or 14T/45, my zzr250 top speed can reach 180-190kmh.

Tyres can be replaced, brakes are good for the weight and suspension can be refreshed or upgraded.
