Leaning forwards makes you appear anxious. 90% of your British interview in body language and 10% is what you speak. Nobody in the UK will fail you if you STOP, think for a few seconds and then start answering, but the keep the flow of words simple, smooth, slow and uninterrupted. NEVER TRY TO MIMICK THE BRITISH PEOPLE; THEY DONT APPRECIATE IT.

This looks like scripted! She is answering without even thinking which is almost impossible considering the topic is bit difficult than usual! Even the native speakers think before they speak but they way she is answering, she definitely knew the topic!
Either she is reading the lines available behind the examiner or else she has memorized the answers. This is not the right way. She needs to keep it simple and short rather than elaborating so much. Also too many questions in part A.

The speaking test is one of the easiest of all I got 7 in speaking in just 3 days of studying my exam went on average I was expecting 6 or 6.5 as I spoke for only 1 min in part 2 and hardly 2 or 3 lines in part 3 questions but I was surprised by getting 7 as the test is marked on your speaking ability, fluency and pronounciation and not on the time you spoke for so my tip will be
First don't panic for part 1 memorize answers as they are basically common
