حضرتك قولت من ٥ ل ١٠ ، بنحدده ع أساس ايه ؟ وهل بيأثر علي ال fio2 ؟ وبنبدأ من كام ؟

We adjust the Fio2 by the o2 blender,
The flow-meter usually start by 8 liter/ minute. The flow is controlling the pressure in flow driver CPAP( Variable flow CPAP).
However in bubble CPAP ( continuous flow) the pressure controlled by the depth of the end expiatory tube under water, and changing the flow minimally affect the pressure.
Start sitting with : Fio2 40%, flow 8 L/ minute, and pressure 6 cm H2o
