J'ai l'impression d'avoir mis les pieds dans un traquenard depuis que j'ai essayé les flacons de table 🤣 Il y en a tellement qui m'ont plu dans ce que j'ai essayé 😅 Je pense que mon prochain Chanel sera 1957. The citrus ones from Laboratorio Olfattivo and Perris Monte Carlo are also really good 🥰 I forgot many other fragrances that were on my wishlist. I think I could have done a 2 hours wishlist otherwise 🤣 Always exciting to try new fragrances. I finally got Francesca Bianchi discovery set. Definitely not boring 😄
This entire week is a Nicolai week for me. Got the entire sample set and it's been well above average so far. Really love how Patricia blends her vanilla. Very similar to how Guerlain does it indeed. Baikal Leather is up for tomorrow!
Haha indeed she really knows how to make her fragrances. Definitely got quality for your money with this brand and it's not super expensive compared to some other brands 😉
I LOVE guerlain mon précieux nectar, it's stunning!! Mine is slowly evaporating as I try to finish it and I was so happy to discover that Place Vendome has it in stock now. I will wait to finish it before restocking :). I love animalic oud too, my favorite ouds which I recommend to you are: 1. Prin Anatolia and 2. Prin Anatolia Anatolia (more oud), I actually finished my first bottle, both are really, really gorgeous ouds 2. Roja Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which smells like the discontinued as Candy Aoud, I have both and they are nearly identical to my nose 3. Primera Lion Oud, a cheaper version of StrangeLove NYC Melt My Heart (to me, the chocolately oud style is v similar) Melt My Heart is $915 or you can pay $450 for 10 ml 😅 You've reminded me of all my oldies (TRNP, Scents of Wood, Eris (my favorite is the tomatoe leaf one), Hiram Green) I need to dust them off and start using them this S/S Love your wish list and feel better soon! xo

@@bettybbags I work in Brussels but I live in France close to the Belgian border. Place Vendôme is just on the other side of the border 😁 Fun fact, I discovered the boutique via RUclips as Claire and Flo buy from them sometimes. I didn't even know it was so close to my house 😄

Feel better soon, Karine! Jersey is one of my favorites...it is a bit simple but done so beautifully. Gallivant is a British brand and Vilhelm is an American brand (Vilhelm's founder, Jan Ahlgren, is American and Swedish). 🙂 These all sound like wonderful fragrances to try.

It really depends on your taste. Le lion is a bit too much for me. But if you enjoy Coromandel and Shalimar, maybe it is worth trying. I enjoy most of their collection but in the end the one that I wear the most is 1932.Their new version of Sycomore (Parfum) is also really beautiful but a bit expensive too 😅
Haha oui j'aime les parfums verts, floraux, le cuir ... donc voilà 😆 Dans ma liste je pense que Arancia rossa pourrait te plaire (plus généralement leur collection autour des agrumes. Le citron, la mandarine et l'orange sanguine sont vraiment top). Ensuite si tu peux essayer Mon précieux nectar ça pourrait te plaire aussi. Mais dur dur à trouver maintenant 😅

I feel like 1957 feels like a lot of musk on top of Sycamore. Jersey is really wonderful but I would rather invest in the extrait version.

I had the same experience with Gallivant sadly. I really wanted to love them but they did not wear well on me
