Every cookie should have a switch on their icon that says on (they are currently wandering) or off (they are not in your kingdom’s area). Just press the switch to turn off that cookie. There is a downside, and it’s that the less cookies you have set to on, the less goods you can produce as them working counts as wandering. However, it SIGNIFICANTLY helps performance
