I actually think the next 3D Sonic game will play something like this, it combines the aspects of both types of 3D Sonic and uses the benefits to result in a perfect feeling Sonic
@@Nov-5062 But not to this extent. Yes there was the spindash, but it still had a lot of boost DNA, I and a lot of others call it the "spinboost". The only had a few months, best they could do is bring back a move from lost world.#
I think I notice something odd with the way the Chaos Energy flies towards the top left corner of the screen... In the official footage Sega showed off prior to release, the Chaos Energy still went to the bottom of the screen where the meter is despite the HUD being turned off, but in the final game it goes to the top left instead. Isn't that weird?
I only liked Boost in Unleashed. I just don't like this Autopilot Button. Going fast is nice but I would prefer the Characters to accelerate to speed and not go from 0 to 100 instantly.
@@AtomicoMacacospindash eventually slows down and changes with the terrain and verticality. boost just overrides everything. it is pretty much an autopilot button.

@@AtomicoMacaco i’m just telling you that calling the spindash and the boost the same is a very shallow interpretation and shows a fundamental misunderstanding of both mechanics on your end. not interested in arguing.
Love this gameplay series every time, Velcomia!😍 I’m excited to see what the next episode will be like though. Can't wait! By the way, it would be awesome if you could check your inbox - we've sent you an email!🤗
While Shadow Gens was one of the best controlling games we’ve had since Generations, I don’t really prefer the “boost to win” mechanics. I think this game got the level design down well enough to where it’s not full on autopilot, but I prefer something with more control and the terrain rewarding speed akin to the Adventure formula.

That's kinda what Frontiers did

I've been talking about this idea for years.
Its the perfect next step. Could have faster adventure style gameplay for the open-zone and faster boost style stages so everyones happy
That's a cool physics mod.
Man the Game looks cool for me...
yeah, sonic speed simulator physics
Wow
Hybrid formula interesting 🤔 i love it ❤😎🔥😊

Gens? Colors?
Ehh calling it autopilot is a bit much. Plus spin dash ain't that much different, it just requires you to actually slow down a bit to charge it.

They better not do a boost clone for the spindash in the next Sonic game again 😠
Wdym mean by "boost clone"?

Yes I am. It looks like lost worlds, where you hold the button. I don’t like that at all.
I’m not trying to be a brat, but it I just don’t like the spindash in frontiers. In fact, I prefer the legacy spindash mod.
