There can be sone misunderstanding with hwaryun/headon/hansung/fug after S1 anime. In this episode 6 of s2 Hwaryun said "THEY(FUG) know what is most important to him(Bam)" because she's not a FUG member. In the 12ep of s1 Evan (Yuri's guide) recognised her as a member of Navigators. She works for FUG as a mercenary. Ha Jinsung is the actual member of FUG and one of the strongest and oldest (really ancient) FUG member and the person who teached Bam. I saw that many people mistake Headon (administrator of the 1st Floor) for being a FUG member. He's not. We don't know why he gave Rachel the task to kill Baam. But he's the one who sends all, and i mean every single one of them, to 2nd Floor to start their climb. And he was doing so since the very foundation of the Jahad's Kingdom so of course he has to be in contact with 2nd Floor Test Administrator such as Hansung Yu who happened to be undercover member of FUG. So when Headon sent Rachel to 2nd Floor we don't know what he messaged to Hansung Yu but most likely he asked him to put Rachel into the same group of regulars that Baam was part of so she could try to kill him. And Hansung Yu did so by letting every regular except Rachel, Ghost and Androssi getting killed and then making crown game. As shown in episode 13 of s1 Hansung Yu talked with Rachel before the crown game and we don't know what Rachel told him, but after that he called Hwaryun and asked her to help Rachel. About plots and reasons... FUG wants Bam because as an irregular he can kill king Jahad. But after Bam's status as irregular was made public, they knew that King Jahad's forces will try to kill him, so they decided to make "Bam the irregular die" and created new identity for him. For Hwaryun the reason is different. Hwaryun has very strong guide abilities that is borderline predicting future. Because of that she is very bored. Bam is the persong who's "path" (future) she can't see which she found out when she lost her eye in crown game. That's why she stays with FUG after 2nd Floor. She decided to follow Bam who became forcefully a Slayer Candidate. Nothing else. What Headon was plotting we dont't know but he definitely not on the same page with FUG and obviously not a member of them. P.S. Here in Season 2 we will only get Urek fighting 0.0000001% of his power. If TOG can continues to Season 4, Urek will use 5-10% of his power to face the villain of season 4. In Season 8-9 Urek will use 30% of his power to fight the leader of FUG, his name was mentioned by Jinsung in this episode 6. TOG currently have many contents that can worth into 10 seasons show like The Walking Dead franchise.
