the people doing the work are skilled and well worth what they are being paid! that said this building could not be built in north america ,, building codes safety compliance and much more fail to meet our minimum standards . i have yet seen a footing or foundation used in your videos little or no thought to drainage ventilation insulation . in short while these "renovations" look great they will not last .
