the white lightning downplay is insane
I've always argued aginst cheetah hunt being classified as a family coaster. It's a moderate thrill coaster between family and high thrill
I’d just call it a thrill coaster. I’d agree with your first phrasing: “a moderate thrill coaster.”
On the other hand I think its definitely a family coaster it's not too intense and its a long sprawling layout

Iron Gwazi doesn't hold a candle to velocicoaster. If some of my rides on velocicoaster lack airtime, IG STILL doesn't hold a candle to it. Those intamin newgens allow insane lateral freedom - the most underrated element on a coaster. The first half isn't dull. Experiment with the layout.
It depends on whether forces you prefer like ejector airtime or mine train elements in the case of velocicoaster

Veloci meanders in the first half but the second forgives itself.
@@Shelley-OH Many things happen in the first half. The sequence of forces in the immelmann and dive loop are overlooked. The immelmann positives yank the upper body forward (5 g's on ride forces graph) then end with lateral torsion exiting the inversion into the dive loop.
If we both crave airtime I can relate more to your complaints, but unfortunately not lol.
I havent ridden iron gwazi but ive ridden velocicoaster and i love velocicoaster
I'm dying to visit Florida one day, IG and veloci have always been bucket list coasters for me but I live in europe so it's pretty far away
Both are amazing. Hard to even compare them. IG is wide open throttle the ENTIRE time. Velocicoaster is fast and action packed, but it gives you a few seconds to breathe here and there. 😂
I think white lightning is super underrated on this list. It’s a wonderful woodie

I am only lacking being on the Fun Spot coasters. I am in the minority but I wouldn't have GotGCR even in my top five but that is a hot take. My personal top ten would be 1) VelociCoaster 2) Iron Gwazi 3) Hagrid's 4) Mako 5) Montu 6) Cheetah Hunt 7) Pipeline 8) GGotGCR 9) Revenge of the Mummy 10) Expedition Everest . I found Tron fun but a little underwhelming and a launch is even probably my favorite element .
Completely agree with your points about Space Mountain, Disneyland's is way better, so much smoother and still has good forces. The Airtime on the FL version is great, but the roughness takes over for me.
Ive never considered space mountain rough its just pretty janky :/

White lightning is one of the roughest coasters I’ve ever been on 😭 I think it’s rougher than Roar at six flags america and I’ve been on white lightning at least 15 times

I still haven't yet been to Florida, but I think I'd prefer Velocicoaster over Iron Gwazi. It looks MUCH better than Maverick, but Iron Gwazi doesn't look as good as Steel Vengeance.

@HugeRMCFanBoY-bx3od Kraken was as rattly as the Hulk, both worse than Kumba, IMO. Manta threw me with the pretzel loop for sure. Mako was my favorite, Pipeline was closed when we were there 😢

I actually like Gwazi more, better pacing and more diverse elements.
I personally prefer iron gwazi because I like coasters that actually do something in their first halves
