I've never had trouble with it. perhaps he's just tall, it's a 48 inch requirement so... sorry that ruined your experience i suppose, usually a very fun ride
I last visited in 2019 when my dad worked in Florida (he worked in Florida for around 2 years) and then moved his job to my families house where an office sits across from me and my sisters bedroom The operations were fine when I last went to bgt, cheetah hunt was definitely my favorite and sheikra came in second, I have yet to get on Kumba because of the amount of times it has broken down on my visits 💀 Tigris was closed the entire for its routine maintenance check Cobras curse broke down for 30 minutes but opened the rest of the day, while Kumba was broken down and didn’t even open the rest of the day Also remember cheetah hunt has the same restraints as kingda ka
Montu was running one train and had a 90+ minute wait. Opted for second ride on Iron Gwazi instead. Definitely headed back for a ride on Montu, though!
It doesn't have to stop for ADA. The gondolas lift off the pull rope in the station. It was possible due to a power failure or brown out. Lightning was in the area and the rides closed for a bit so it is possible Busch Gardens lost power for a few minutes.
I’ve been going to Busch gardens since I was like 5 and I still go to this day and I do think it is a really good park BUT I do agree the operation on the rides is the slowest out of any theme park I have ever been to so I hope they try and fix that problem soon
Slow operations aren't due to safety. It's very often the exact opposite. I witnessed slow and careless employees that didn't seem to care about their job. That doesn't exactly reinforce safety standards in any way. Meanwhile, many of the other parks I have been to are able to safely and efficiently dispatch their rides in under a minute, with mindful and attentive employees.
Definitely looked like ops were not good that day. On a good day, I much prefer BGT over Animal Kingdom with regards to animal themed parks. Montu and Iron Gwazi are some of my favorite coasters.
Man for cheetah hunt being one of my favorite rides that hurts to watch 😂 BGT is a super amazing park with some of the best rides but depending on the day of operation it could be slow like this videos showing
Going for the first time next week the 30th! Do any of you guys recommend/suggest me getting a quick queue pass? The 30th is a Thursday. I’m on a mission to make sure I get on everything! But the QQ is a little expensive & I don’t want to waist $$ if lines aren’t so bad. I went to BG in Williamsburg & every ride was a walk on. I spent $150 on quick queue for BG Williamsburg and it was a waist of $$ imo.
Based on my visit, I would recommend buying Quick Queue. Most of the rides were running one train when I was there, so even though there were no crowds, there were long lines that were barely moving. Have fun!!
I have to agree with you on operations. I does seem like they can do better but it appears to be a staffing issue. They can't keep employees because they don't pay enough.
Did you go during spring break time? I go to SWO and BGT often as both are my homeparks, and i have never really had a bad experience at BGT. Looks like you hit a rough day. Have never waited in lines for food and has been comparable to SWO and i usually go on a Sunday. But i NEVER go during certain times like Christmas or spring break. Montu is back to two trains now, but sorry it wasn't the best day for you. Hopefully you'll come back for another try.
Man, that sucks that you had a bad day. It seems like mostly operations sucked, so you weren't able to get on all of the rides and you spent most of your time walking. Skipping falcons fury and montu also might've brought your rating down
Sea World and Busch Gardens are known for their horrible operations. They pay a lot less than the other parks and get a lower quality of employee. Instead of building a new roller coaster every year, they need to put some money into their staff.
I have had amazing experiences at BGW, SWO, and SWSA. BGT is the only SeaWorld park I have had an experience like this at. It feels like night and day with SWO just an hour and a half away.
Hey! Will you go to Parque Warner Madrid to ride Btaman Gotham City Escape? One of the best roller coasters in Europe! I would love for you to go and make a video of the park like this!!
BGT is my home park and every time I go, I always think the operations are lacking. There are times when they are better, but I understand the frustration. It definitely has room for improvement. Montu running one train is a crime on busier days. I still love the park, though.
Missing montu is a crime!! Top 3 in the park beside Iron Gwazi and Kumba
@@MonkeyMemes11 It was running one train and was at least a 3 hour wait. Really wish I could've ridden it, but didn't have time.
Dang that Cheeta hunt was painful to watch!! You'd think they'd rework that restraint. I felt to pain!

Night rides on IG look like a vibe and for this to be my home park in the future would be cool even with rough ops
Summer is not the time to go. Gotta go when the kids are in school. Never had a bad ride at this park.
@@thejoyfulangel9675 I went in February
I go in winter break, in Indiana. Where i live in Indiana winter break starts earlier then the winter break in Tampa and Orlando.
Skyride stopping was for a handicap rider to get on. Old system so it doesn't have the skyliner one on, one off system.
It doesn't have to stop for ADA. The gondolas lift off the pull rope in the station. It was possible due to a power failure or brown out. Lightning was in the area and the rides closed for a bit so it is possible Busch Gardens lost power for a few minutes.
Any thoughts about the *Busch Gardens Tampa Bay* theme park in FL in your personal opinion? 🦁✨️♥️💯
Great video! I liked how you said the animals looked suicidal 😅 Seriously its a shame you didnt get to ride Montu.
Slight exaggeration, but not far off 😂
@@Doofles lol 😆 😂 🤣 😅

Jan.- April (excluding Spring break) and Sep.- Nov. (before Thanksgiving) on weekdays is the time to go.
Hey Doofles the reasoning of the slow operations is because busch gardens number 1 rule in their park is safety with the coasters
Also if you want good food go in the dragonfire grill in pantopia

Was the drop on kumba about the same as cheetah hunt?
The drop on Kumba is far more intense.

Wow I’m shocked at your review. Busch Gardens Tampa is literally my favorite park and I’ve been to plenty
Yeah, I've heard that from a lot of people. It sounds like my experience isn't representative of most people's experience at the park.
Sweet! Iron Gwazi is my current #1. He likes to strip you so be careful 😂🤣
Hopefully the operations at cedar point this year are better than Busch gardens. I am a ride op for Matterhorn, I watched your previous ride op video.
Cedar Point always has great operations. Awesome! I hope you have a great season.
For me being exactly 5 feet tall or so, Cheetah Hunt is really fun,it just makes my stomach hurt after that drop part-😅😊❤

It was early February when I went. No crowds, just poor operations.
how the fuck do they screw up the sky ride? BGT really seems like it sucks
In all fairness, they fixed it 10 minutes later.
Everyone has an opinion and your opinion ain’t better than anyone else’s.. bgt is a great place
I never claimed my opinion was better or more important. Everyone will have a unique experience and I am simply sharing my experience.
Will be going to Tampa for first time with my sisters in July. We will go to Bursch Garden.😊😮
Great vlog! Definitely hoping to get to BGT ASAP!
It's worth it for Iron Gwazi!
Definitely looking forward to Iron Gwazi!
I went to Busch gardens today😊
Trust me the food lines are terrible at every place to eat there and the staff doesn’t seem to care. Very unfortunate to see that at such a great park
