Another well researched and thought out video that is on the subject of the use of high pressure areoponics, to attain the most efficient plant growth. Your videos present information in an evidenced based approach to help other growers to develop the most efficient system possible. Help us to take plant life were its never gone before! Great videos!
Set your test nozzle so the mist passes through a "line" laser, put the setup in the dark, turn on the laser (that should trace a line on the oppoising surface, probably a wall) and mist through the surface that produces this laser, then take a photograph of the illuminated droplets in the laser "surface". Depending of the scale you'll get a good idea of the size, density and distribution of the mist. Good luck, precision on a budget is hard but not impossible. ;) (EDIT: i'm incredibly late xD )
50 microns is for water with which ppm? If i use a hydroponic solution for my plants, wont that increase the viscosity of the water? Will the nozzle still be able to produce droplets of 50 microns? Or should i go to 40 micron nozzlers to make sure that i get between 5 and 50 max?
Wow that's a great deal and it's I can see it's going to be harder than hell trying to find this so you know it's been an uphill Journey but eventually I'm going to get a RV in AC system it works
So I need to locate a 50 Micron nozzle and what we have to do is set up some type of pump water from the bucket that's going into this tubing which is going to be going into a small closed attachment which is a 50 Micron nozzle now what this is going to do is if it's going to we have to generate pressure through the hose so that we can have a fine miss going inside the car and then somehow lined the back of the car so bad you can just take it towel and wipe off the plastic surface so that mold doesn't is the parade inside the vehicle itself this would create an environment that you could survive in a hundred 510° heat inside the vehicle
they produce such small droplets paired with low velocity so they can not penetrate into the rootsystem, if the misters are constantly powered they are producing a lot of heat leading to root rot, also if you use hard water or nutrients it tends to cloging the mister so these 3 major problems are avoided using a high pressure pump comibend with an acumulator tank and the right nozzle
I love of the wolrd of the plants, but the information over aeroponia tecnic is enought, please, let’s public share our knowledge of self-taught aeroponia art. To a best Wolrd, water, energy, perfection with Tecno aeroponic. Thanks
Well maybe Home Depot has a aeroponic nozzles you said it might not work might not be 50 Micron because I just said test equipment gem thousand bucks to figure out a 50 Micron lasers
If you're trying to pick a nozzle from a bunch of nozzles, I would choose the largest orifice that will produce droplets of 50u. They have a less chance of clogging. Hope that helps.

Hi Bartman Thanks for the kind words.
@@GeoAeroponic Really?
This video was done flawlessly
Thank you for making these videos Sir!
You're very welcome.
Working on putting together a HPA system as well, so very much looking forward to this series. It would be great to also see your current setup.
Still in the planning stages, thinking about building it around an Arduino(microcontroller) or Raspberry Pi(Computer) with vertical towers.
Hey Tyler, I'm happy you enjoy the videos. We'll build an aeroponic controller in a future video series. We are high tech gardeners.

Good idea if I had a laser.

Id love if you tested more nozzles
Thanks for the great videos! Keep it up!
You're welcome my friend. I'm happy you enjoy what I do.
Measure the amount of water that has came out? Compared to the nozzle you know is correct.
how do yo adapt the tefen 21105 to 1/4 push to fit line?
Tefen doesn't sell a T or adapter, I asked them to and they said they would consider it.
hey did you ever find a solution for this ?
@@UnrealApe or did you find a solution for this

Thanks for the kind words of encouragement
Were is part were we can buy
I need a 50 Micron nozzle
It's like a calculus of water drops in the air how many angels are there are on the head of a pin
Why not just a ultrasonic mister ? Quite a few are using it. Seems simple, cheap, low maintenance. Any downsides ?
They produce the wrong droplet size range and many other reasons not to use them. I'll try to do a video on this. Thanks anyway.

heat is the biggest issue besides having ultrasonic misters die on you much more often than nozzles clogging.
@@Humbulla93 WOW - Psy, Dub and Areoponics!!!!!! now that's a winning combo x
@@CosmicSeeker69 hahaha thanks for that compliment i highly appreciate it. Well plants also do Like hard Base so thats conveniant
I need a 50 Micron Arrow
Sir, How is Fogponics for this
Mist is too fine. Thanks for asking.
Great videos very informative, thank you

High pressure aeroponics I just saying that is not the case
China sales lots cheap.
