the apm isn't even close which automatically makes her more difficult just with her base kit
kalista is probably THE MOST difficult adc there is just because she has a whole ability that relies on your support to peel her, the other most difficult adc have self peel
she honestly needs a rework, the absolute effort it take on her to get an even mediocre result is abysmal compared to fishing for Qs with ezreal every 3 seconds gtfo of here LOL
As someone who's 40 games into my Kalista journey, the hardest thing about her is that she has next to no actual guides that aren't just "80% winrate challenger kalista stomps with *insert build* !!!!!" She has actual tech to move around with her more and some tech for really important extra damage early game that help you scale into mid and late game and catch people off guard. Barely anyone plays or plays against kalista so for the normal games I'm practicing in (I'm a jg main switching to adc next season, deff don't want to practice in ranked) she can already catch people off guard because a ton of tier lists throw her in C tier and never explain why she's been there for 4 years so people just assume they can roll her only to get crushed in lane. The people that do respect her are harder, but then it's just a game of playing with my support and seeing how mine responds to the pressure I'm making and if we'll have the synergy to go aggressive or have to stay safe and farm to scale.

These 2 videos have some extremely important technical skills to practice and master to get the most out of her. The first is good general advice for movement and damage and what she can do, the second has her advanced movement options (where I'm practicing in the practice tool, it's taking hours just to get mediocre at it) which turn her from a high mobility ADC into the reason riot CAN'T make her any stronger right now, holy shit this speed is maximum.
I'm still learning her, and it took some time to find these technical guides, sifting through the dredge heap of challenger replays with no explanations and smurfs playing her top and not even using this tech, so I started playing her without this knowledge that really could have helped me sooner. Hopefully anyone watching this vid sees my comment and can get access to these amazing resources to make learning her easier. She's incredibly fun, easily the most fun I've had playing league in months and is so rewarding to be putting the time into getting better at. I think people need to not be scared of her placements on tier lists and pick her up to see if she clicks with them.
real talk I snowball and stomp on bot laning phase hard and catch my enemies off guard despite that people rank kalista C rank? but why she was played in 2/3 games in worlds finals
my only problem with kalista is I fell off hard after midgame and become useless can’t carry despite being fed

As a player who has 750k mastery on Kalista I must say she is definitely not low tear but you really need high mastery on how to pressure and move through lanes with leads. I used Calista to Plat multiple times now she is my pocket pick. If you know how to use your item spikes and flash ults you can catch and outplay 2 v 4 in some situations. Best kali players never get caught but being accurate with maneuvering her movements is definitely the biggest level of skill expression
Making a season 13 tier list for climbing a month and a half before the end of the season is kinda wild tho. Love the idea, would love to see one for high elo.
I feel like its a good time to limit test, and not worry since the season is gonna reset anyway :3

Unfortunately Riot August said they have 0 Plans to buff Zeri in any way. "Zeri was my second biggest failure right next to Gnar. This champ makes me depressed." -August. More than likely they are gonna rework her or just leave her very weak permanently.
Thank God for that no one wants a strong zeri on the rift other than you I guess

Its always really interesting when people say "oh Ezreal is really difficult because of skillshot reliance." I understand logically thats probably accurate for most players, i just had a very different experience personally. The other 4 players in my 5 stack refused to learn ADC and I had spent the last 3 or 4 seasons straight as an Ahri one trick so picking up Ezreal came very naturally to me. For anyone who plays skillshot champions looking to pick up an ADC, Ezreal is a fantastic choice.
i really hoped someone would make the adc version of this after watthing Alois's video, im currently learning adc and league as a whole and im still struggling with understanding each champion's strengths and matchups so this kind of video is super helpful thank you !!

Most engage supports do well like rell, Nautilus, rakan & alistar, and in free lanes he can scale well with Lulu/milio

@17:55 I think lucian is basically an assasin adc I feel he does best when he can lane bully early so he can drake stack and scale into the true 6 item carry with drake soul where he becomes a monster I say he's situational but in those situations he's the best adc in the game which is why he feels so good for randoms in low elo

He played a lot of Renata recently but I feel like Lulu or Milio could be better.
Is there one single best support pick here or do we need to mainly look at the enemy to decide if he should go Renata/Lulu or Milio?
Been a jinx main pretty much since her release. It's definitely based on team comps since jinx diesnt really do anthing if you get oneshot. Lulu helps that but sometimes renata R is worth the trade off if you get a bailout reset.
IMO Milio is not the pick unless its a VERY specific counterpick and comp

I love kog maw, but I never play him in ranked lol. He’s one of my top played in draft tho. His passive is literally the worst passive in the game imo and I think he could benefit from a passive rework but his other abilities are fine
nah I don't agree lethal is always better on vayne, current vayne tech is max q roll forward empowered aa with fleet statik run away for ez trades. lets you scale into the late game and then do vayne things. All these things have higher winrates then counterparts and with optimal setup she probably becomes close to a 53% winrate champ maybe higher.

Isn't that the classical build for Aphelios ? I mean, Stormrazor and IE/Galeforce are what i build every time i play him (not necesseraly kraken tho, since i usually build dominik)

is Akshan ADC any viable? I've been playing him & Cassiopeia bot lane finding success, just wanted some insight.
Akshan generally isn't that good in bot lane even if he does just beat a lot of ADCs in lane. He's better suited in mid or top because this champion absolutely SHINES as a roaming carry.
Where would you put Cassiopeia bot? I'm a cassio main and i love when enemy botlane doesn't respect my range and dps and i just 2vs1 with r flash w

Ezreal S tier under master elo? Like wtf? People don't even know how to properly engage and use his passive, most of players play ezreal just because they stay 3 km away spamming q and in team fight they are totally useless. Also considering the fact that if u play ezreal u need to know if that is a match where is better to focus on early game or in late game and when to buy a tear for example. And ezreal above ashe and twitch in low elo? Twitch can literally press q and r with runaans and can easy get penta vs everyone with the right build with just aa and ashe is totally brainless atm, specially late u press q and one tap the enemies... I mean I totally agree with what u explained about matchups and everything but low elo is something different for me...
