The Brown Sauce is the REAL OFADA sauce.
It is made with Unripe Peppers and Tomato. Fried with all the iru and cow entrails + Beef.
The red one is an alternative when there's no access to Unripe Pepper combo.
Same are made with the same recipe. Just the ripeness of the pepper determines the eventually outlook.

Haha I think this is what my brother-in-law calls Nigerian Stew. That OFADA Sauce looks just like what we put on white rice, and yes it's very spicy. He puts 3 Habanero peppers in it. I can't eat it as often as I used to when he first came here to marry my sister, but I try to eat a little bit. I have ulcers now so I can't enjoy it like I used to. I am so glad I found and subscribed you your channel! It has been very enjoy able.
