As an older teenager, in my lack of understanding and budding pride, I once silently wondered to myself while my ward sang “I Stand All Amazed” in Sacrament Meeting, “why should I stand all amazed? What’s the big deal about Christ? Why does everyone get so pathetically sappy over Him?” But now that I’ve come to understand just how badly I’ve injured so many of God’s children, my brothers and sisters, and especially, paradoxically, my most loved ones, and also myself, through my many terrible sins over the course of my life, there truly are not sufficient words to describe how grateful and amazed I am at our Savior’s loving and selfless condescension for us all, that He suffered all He did for us all, and finally died for us all. I’ve been struggling through lots of repentance again, for yet more awful sins I committed recently, yet again, but I now understand and have undeserved, but glorious hope that He will yet again take every one of those I have harmed in His loving arms, if they allow Him to, and will tenderly care for every wound I have caused them. And then somehow, in coming days, I hope to be not only justified, but sanctified through His atonement, yet again! And I also have undeserved hope to one day be granted the opportunity to appear before Him at His glorified throne as well! And when that day comes, I intend to not only kneel at His feet, but to fall on my face before Him, in inexpressible, eternal gratitude. I say all of this in superlatives, not in drama, but in the most sincere thoughts and emotions of my soul. I Stand All Amazed became my favorite hymn many years ago, and remains my favorite hymn now, because I do stand truly amazed at all He did and does for me and for us all. I will worship and love Him forever for His invincible eternal triumph on our behalf. In the name of our loving and merciful Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.♥️
Yes, gratitude that cannot be expressed is what I feel. How feeble would be my attempt to even so to do. The obvious irony is that in the midst of those humiliating pre-crucifiction trials the Jewish Elders said among themselves to hasten Jesus' conviction because the Passover was nigh. Quite interesting and ironic!
Thank so much again for the most wonderful lessen and insights I did not know . So many wonderful things to make our savior come alive in all he did for us . How can we not be amazed so amazed beyond comprehension . Your lessens again touched me to tears . Thank you both so much . So many things I did not know . I did not realize Jesus suffering on the cross was more intense then in the garden of G. All these things in this lessen are wonderful and so amazing . The music and ending of all Jesus did for us was so beautiful . This was so touching and I learned so many things . You are both so blessed to do this for all of us . Thank you .
I’ve listened to every single come follow me lesson you two have done over the last 2-3 years and this may have been the best one yet. It was absolutely incredible and exactly what I needed at this time. Thank you Taylor and Tyler! Love you brothers and I’m grateful for all you do!
Wow, thanks Dino! That is very high praise. What was your favorite part(s) or moment(s) from this particular episode? We are grateful to you for taking the time to watch the episodes. :)
I wonder how Taylor and Tyler held their emotions in control because I couldn’t just listening! It was their glistening eyes that moved me as I felt what this subject matter meant to them both who are seasoned in spiritual matters. This lesson was a heavyweight in emotional gratitude rather than historical detail. I tear up just writing this. I will go for round 2. PS I have no clue how you can do this every week along with/ your many responsibilities! Thank you
I really stand amazed at the love He has for me. Thank you for teaching us this awesome lesson. I´m so gratful to our Heavenly Father and to the Lord Jesus for such Love, such Sacrifice! I don´t have words either in English or in my language to express my gratitude. May the Lord bless you and your families. Thanks to brother Benjamin Griffin for playing this so touching song.
thanks for taking the time to put these lessons together for us to help us appreciate the scriptures more. thanks for your life's preparations to be able to do this so meaningfully
Every week I look forward to your lessons coming out on Monday morning. It’s a wonderful start to the beginning of my week. But of all the lessons that you’ve taught, and that I have followed over the last 3-4 years, this is the pinnacle. Helping us understand better the atonement of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and how it applies to each of us individually, is beyond description. Thank you for your efforts, your testimonies, the time you take to put these together and your willingness to share. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! ❤❤❤
So beautiful. My knowledge and compassion just grew 100 fold. I’ve cried every day this week reading the lesson and listening to your beautiful words. Thank you. This one is saved!❤
You are so welcome! We are grateful that you are becoming more like Christ! If everyone who watches this video walks away with the same takeaway, the world would be in a better place.
Man, I had never put myself in that perspective that I am Barrabas- that Jesus is interceding at the throne on our behalf for you and me who are so unclean. So thankful for Him! Thank you for your content Taylor and Tyler! ❤
Exceptional ! I have never felt this moved about the last moments of the Savior's life as I have from this presentation. I am so grateful for the time and spirit that Taylor and Tyler have put into it.
@@scripturecentralofficial The part of his intensified agony but also the part of the veil being rent for the pain of our father in Heaven . I have also heard that part of the sacrifice in Jewish culture, was the priest would raise his hands and say, I thirst, and after drinking , he declares, it is finished. I also really liked the reading of , I stand all amazed. It was very moving. Thank you.
This made me cry. 😢 I'm not a crier. Intensified agony. I cannot imagine. And yet, he didn't shrink and remained faithful to his Father. I definitely stand all amazed.
I think we are all there lola to me it's incredible the eternal love of our saviour and heavenly father and we as mere mortals have the blessing of staying with the saviour and by covenant we bound to him a wonderful truth have a great day.
My sister in law taught me that the way to take yourself out of pain and the emotions that lead towards victimhood is through service. Over the years she suffered 9 miscarriages. One fall day she and her kids unexpectedly showed up at our house to rake leaves. The following week I asked how she was doing and she told me that she had lost the baby the week before. When I asked wasn't that the day before they came over tol help in the yard all day she said yes, and then taught me this life lesson. She said that serving others was the only thing that helped her deal with the pain and to make it manageable. Service doesn't have to look a certain way or be "work". I have chronic migraines and have had them last anywhere from hours to months. One thing that I have found that I can do to serve is to give massages or do reflexology on someone, my mom is frequently the recipient. When I take the focus off myself with the intent of helping someone else, frequently the physical pain is reduced. It may come back once I finish, but for a brief time I have some relief. It doesn't have to be physically serving, sometimes it's listening to someone share their problems or concerns. Sometimes it's cheering someone up and getting them to laugh. I see Christ do this on the cross as He is caring for His mother while on the cross and is securing her future and wellbeing. He is truly the perfect example to us.
My knowledge, testimony, love, solemnity, gratitude, and tenderness for my Savior Jesus Christ have dramatically deepened thanks to your words and spirits.
Wow! How wonderful to learn of the symbolism. I was especially moved by the rending of the Temple Veil and the significance of it. Thank you both so much.

@@scripturecentralofficial I hope so too, and if I can muddle through it with the Savior’s help, I know others can too. We just need to be willing, humble ourselves before Him, ask Him for help, and endure: always get back up and keep trying, no matter how much the last failure hurt, or how embarrassing we think it looked, or how much our loved ones mocked our efforts and results. We need to not listen to them and Just Keep Trying.
*Wow, Taylor & Tyler, watching this video was so touching... thank you for your spirit of humbleness and for your insights... loved this deeply and profoundly... 🙏🏻
28:16 It all brings me back to the love of the day when friends and maybe others gathering,Then Mary bring out The special oil and the higher priced container, and she brakes it and annoints His Head and feet, love and understand that he is under stress and concerns for what is to come for his followers. Then he goes through all the many different things during year's of his life and siblings -did not believe in him. Then His 3 years of Ministry for everyone. Then, the Sacrament, prayers, everything he went through in the garden, trials, different emotional, physical, treatment, then the putting on the cross and, still thinking for others Prayers for others Talking to others,I continue to love him even more, and as I come to see more different bad illnesses and learn of evils in The World, He and Heavenly Father loves us so very much and know that we can make it through this world and home again. Thank you for these 2 parts Both of you are great teachers and I love learning more things all the time Thank you.❤️🙏
Oh my goodness! I cried through the whole thing. How blessed we are to have a Savior, who was willing to do so much for us, so that we can be able to return to our Heavenly Home. I had to watch this a second time, so I could take notes, but I still cried. So far, I've read this week's lesson 5 times! And I continually cry. Thank you all for your time, effort and talents in expressing the meanings of the scriptures. What a blessing.
This part of the lesson made me cry every time, I love my saviour Jesus Christ, ad I’m so grateful to you both for making much easier to understand what the Saviour went through for my sins and the sins of the world .
This lesson is so powerful! I never fully realized the atonement and what our dear Savior went through until now. Thank you so much brethren for this magnificent lesson! It has touched my heart so deeply. I’m grateful.
Thank you Taylor and Tyler and Scripture Central team for all the sacrifices and research and preparation you put into every Come, Follow Me lesson so we can gain deeper insights about our Heavenly Father and our Savior and their purposes each week. I know you do all this out of love for them and for us. I love you in return. Thank you for all you do for us. Thank you.♥️
A Divine Blueprint for my actions right now..today..and Forever. Thank You Taylor and Tyler, but Thank You does not seem enough for my Elder Brother Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father...I feel whole with this Knowledge. Thank You even so.❤
This has been the most touching one I have watched. It was wonderful to listen and learn as I baked a nice cheesecake for my husband’s birthday. I love my Savior so much and will forever praise Him❤
This year of New Testament studies has been the best in my life. I am going to write down the insights Taylor gave, "Would you rather suffer horizontally, in private," etc. And showed how Jesus suffered every way and subjected himself to God's will. Thank you so much to Tyler and Taylor.
I had to listen to it again...the moment of recognition that "we are all Barabbas" and the innocent Savior took our place as He did with Barabbas overwhelmed me! Thank you for your insights. You are both a treasure to me and my scripture zoom group.
I have learned so much and every once in a while, i feel confident enough to contribute in Sunday School and bring up points that Taylor and Tyler have mentioned and I do slide in a plug for Scripture Central 😉😂💗. Thanks for all y'all do!
I stand amazed by the Love our Savior has for us. I have not looked forward to this part of the lesson/scriptures for several weeks. Today, I learned areas of the gospel I had not considered before. Thank you, thank you for helping me learn to know the love of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I understand now, that Jesus is the Christ and He is factual and what he taught came from Heavenly Father. I’m grateful for the Holy Ghost’s guidance during this moment and every moment that teaches me. I am amazed by all of these truthful events and it is releasing fear from my soul. 🕊️💕
Thank you for today's, and the past two, lessons. If only the world would listen. I shared it on my FB page in hopes to reach many. What a powerful Message and thank you again. Happy Fathers Day to you both as it is Sunday :) (and all the Fathers in the back ground of this program and all the fathers who posted today. I hope That covers all the Dad's here).
I stand all amazed, and I cannot comprehend His love, nor His courage nor His strength -I said before we owe Him so much, however I think we owe Him everything I remember Job and how He put his hand over his mouth, but said now I see You, how great though art
I thoroughly appreciate all of the Come Follow Me Scripture presented lessons. This one in particular left me very emotional, especially throughout the day today, given the specificity of the lesson describing the Crucifixion of the Savior. To this day, after living into my Senior years it still remains unfathomable to me the extent of suffering that took place for the Savior.
I never listen twice to a weekly lesson but this touched me so profoundly that I will listen a third or more times. “It is finished“ for Him is my beginning as I kneel at His feet. The coincidental crossing of this lesson with my own life today is heart rending for me giving me hope that it will be possible for me to say one day “it is finished” with my seemingly impossible trials! If this comment were written on paper it would be wet! Wow wow wow
I love ❤️ this song so very much 💗 💕. I Stand All Amazed 👏. This song always makes me so ❤️ 💕 very emotional in a very good way. I'm truly grateful for His endless atonement and love for you and me.
This was an excellent, superb lesson. Thank you. I have been working on my appreciation for the Atonement, the Sacrament, and all that Jesus did for me. The scourging that Jesus received would have been a lot worse than what we see on film. Jesus probably had no skin left on his back, just muscle - and like you said, anything touching that area would be excruciating. I read that in addition to all He went through He was completely stripped. According to what I read, that was what the Roman’s did to all who were crucified - leaving absolutely no dignity.
Today in Sacrament meeting, I was able to feel the Spirit. I felt the Spirit when I was singing one of my favorite Sacrament Hym. The name of the hymn is Reverently and Meekly Now. This song teaches me about the Saviors' love ❤️ for all of us, and I learn how He implores us to be obedient to Him so He can be Our Savior. I also learned about His Atonement and love ❤️ for us.
As many times times as I have read these scriptures and heard them explained, this is the episode during which I more fully understood what happened to Jesus and how he withstood it for me and everyone. I was emotional when I realized the truthfulness of it all. Thank you, Taylor and Tyler.
Wow! That is high praise! We are certain that while this lesson was insightful and full of useful information, the Holy Ghost was able to speak to you and confirm the truths you have known your whole life. We are just grateful that we got to play a small part in it! God bless you Rich!

We need to not listen to them and Just Keep Trying.
*Wow, Taylor & Tyler, watching this video was so touching... thank you for your spirit of humbleness and for your insights... loved this deeply and profoundly... 🙏🏻
Thanks for your kind thought!
I applied these chapters personally. What a spiritual experience. I love my Savior.❤
That’s so great Beverly!
Then, the Sacrament, prayers, everything he went through in the garden, trials, different emotional, physical, treatment, then the putting on the cross and, still thinking for others
Prayers for others
Talking to others,I continue to love him even more, and as I come to see more different bad illnesses and learn of evils in The World,
He and Heavenly Father loves us so very much and know that we can make it through this world and home again.
Thank you for these 2 parts
Both of you are great teachers and I love learning more things all the time
Thank you.❤️🙏
Love your thought!!
Thanks for you're sweet comment!
Thank you very much.😍👏

22:35 is THE very best part of this entire video. Thank you Taylor and Tyler.
Thanks Timothy!
This lesson is so powerful! I never fully realized the atonement and what our dear Savior went through until now.
Thank you so much brethren for this magnificent lesson! It has touched my heart so deeply. I’m grateful.

The combination of the Savior's acts, your words and the rendition of "I Stand All Amazed" overwhelm me gratitude in a deeper way than ever before.
Thanks Jeff! You're comment is so kind! It's our pleasure!
Thank you for the insights on Barabus. I had never considered that before. Puts a whole new perspective on " son of the father"❤
Well said!

Glad you enjoyed it! You’re so welcome!
This has been the most touching one I have watched. It was wonderful to listen and learn as I baked a nice cheesecake for my husband’s birthday. I love my Savior so much and will forever praise Him❤
Wow, thank you! We’re so glad you loved it! And happy birthday to your husband! 😁🎉🎂
This year of New Testament studies has been the best in my life. I am going to write down the insights Taylor gave, "Would you rather suffer horizontally, in private," etc. And showed how Jesus suffered every way and subjected himself to God's will. Thank you so much to Tyler and Taylor.
Thanks Cleta!
Thank you so very much for helping me realizee how very much I love Him and will be eterally grateful for Him!
I had to listen to it again...the moment of recognition that "we are all Barabbas" and the innocent Savior took our place as He did with Barabbas overwhelmed me! Thank you for your insights. You are both
a treasure to me and my scripture zoom group.
Thank you so so much!!
This given me more understanding about the Atonement and Resurrection. I am grateful for everything that you’re sharing with us.
Thanks so much!

I have learned so much and every once in a while, i feel confident enough to contribute in Sunday School and bring up points that Taylor and Tyler have mentioned and I do slide in a plug for Scripture Central 😉😂💗. Thanks for all y'all do!
Wow! Thanks!! 😊
I substitute teach on occasion and have found a way to interject something from these discussions every time. ❤

Thank you for another moving and thoughtful lesson...You are loved and You spread light, knowledge and truth.
Thanks for watching with us!
Wow! Thanks for your super kind comment!!
Thank you so MUCH
I grow in the Holy Scripture's Everytime I learn from your teaching Brothers...I Luv you both & appreciate your time 💛

What a beautiful lesson. Thank you Brethren.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for sharing this episode with your friends! We are grateful you have gotten so much out of these past few episodes! :)
I stand all amazed, and I cannot comprehend His love, nor His courage nor His strength -I said before we owe Him so much, however I think we owe Him everything I remember Job and how He put his hand over his mouth, but said now I see You, how great though art
The love He has for us is incredible!
God bless US. Amen ❤❤❤
It is truly incredible! Thanks for watching!
Thank you! Oh, it is wonderful to me!!!!!❤🇨🇦
Wonderful!
My favorite Sacrament hymn. Thank you so much for your broadcasts. I listen to them while working out at the gym. 😊
Our pleasure! Thanks!
❤🙏

I plan to listen to it every Easter.
And maybe more often than this.
Brought tears to my eyes.
You are so kind, and we hope it becomes more meaningful each time.
Very emotional lesson, such a great blessing.
Thanks for watching! :)
Thank you so much for your lessons. They have made me understand atonement
Wonderful! That’s what we pray for every time we do these lessons!
Best episode yet. I love how you treated such a sensitive subject. Thank you

Thank you❤❤❤
Amazingly inspiring.. thank you for sharing..GB🙏.
Wow! Thanks!
I love the comparison you made between each of us & Barabas & Simon the Cyrene. I too stand all amazed!
It’s a cool connection, isn’t it?
obrigdo pelo espirito maravilhoso
I love the lesson brethren I was filled a spiritual message and I know that the love of Heavenly father is pure and whole to all of his children..
Why, thank you!!
Wow wow wow
Wow! Thanks for watching twice! Hope it was helpful!
Thank you. The message is wonderful.
So glad!
I love ❤️ this song so very much 💗 💕. I Stand All Amazed 👏. This song always makes me so ❤️ 💕 very emotional in a very good way. I'm truly grateful for His endless atonement and love for you and me.
So glad you liked it! ♥️♥️
So glad you enjoyed my arrangement of I stand All Amazed! :)
Thank you. I really enjoy the lessons and they really help me when studying. 😉💛
Glad you like them!
Thanks for your thought!!
Thanks again. I have learned so much watching your posts.
Glad to hear it!
Thanks so much
You're welcome!
What a neat experience!
Thank you
You're welcome!
Wonderful lesson
Thank you! 😃
