I think the guardianship papers actually have a lot to do with this. If the hook has anything to do with Wu, then Brando was killed on purpose along with Diane (attempted). Wu would have wanted to stop both of them from having anything to do with Sasha in order to take over Deception. Selina was very angry about the fact that Sasha had a breakdown on tv and threatened Lucy right afterwards. I wouldn’t be surprised if she turns out to be connected with Holly and Victor with her shooting. We did see that Holly did business with Wu before she left town.
