@SamB195. I always begin my days with a quiet time, committing my day into God's hands, studying some chapters of the Bible, and I checked my itinerary for the day . I watch videos I subscribed to on social media on the go. I create time for the gym if possible.
Most importantly, I choose to be happy. for the joy of the Lord is my strength. etc...
His mother gave the best couple talks and now he has taken the baton. There has to be part two of this talk or even a series. I didn’t want him to stop talking. This is by far the best couple talk I ever heard.

I love the phone analogy, but WE need to get a good phone that is functional and good for it's function.
What you buy is what you get o. If you buy a malfunctioning phone, you only need to return it to the manufacturer to fix it. Your spouse has a manufacturer take their matter to him. A sensible person who buys an iPhone won't bash it on the ground because it is malfunctioning. One will send it back to the manufacturer or vendor to get it fixed.
