I watched a video from like 7 months ago when she was in the other enclosure. It's so interesting to see the difference in her mood/demeanor from when you tried to grab her then and now.
Caiman Lizards eat snails in the wild, not fish nor crickets, so it most likely would leave them alone, and crickets being left alone means they will multiply and sooner or later you will have a cricket outbreak in your entire house, so, no, but with similar reptiles that actually hunt for foot instead of just eating snails, like some monitor species, some live fish and cricket feedings can estimulate them (there is basically no way the prey survive more than a day in the enclosure tho)

She looks so happy and content. You are a good owner.
Elvrag?! Never in my life would have I expected to see a runescape reference in a reptile and fishkeeping channel hahahha
Wow I have never seen that kind of lizard before but it is beautiful. The ridges down the back are so cool.
I love the amount of space you give all your homies! Cool stuff
Awesome lizard 🦎
Can't believe no one has commented on the name lmao, great Runescape reference.
Love to see more caiman lizard and reptile vids
Epic enclosure her. Biting wildly when the food bowl comes out…I can relate 😂
She's tryin to sneak a finger in 😂
Have you had any issue with her damaging the enclosure with her claws, teeth, or tail?
Honestly no she’s pretty content to just lay around. She rarely ever even walks around on the ground just swims and climbs all day.
Makes sense, why leave when you are living the lizard good life. Thanks for the reply!
I was wondering the same thing. The response and response to the response pretty much sums it up for me. Great enclosure
Awesome Setup!
do you think it could help to add some small fish for hunting or crickets into the enclosure, so that the lizard does get to move a bit?

Are there any medium sized reptiles or amphibians that would be well suited to the eel pit? Obviously the pit is far too cold for this lizard
How did you attach the clear tarp?
Is that.... BLUE?!
I must destroy.
Dope
Caiman lizard? You mean that Helstrom Ancestor Lizard you’ve got there?
