I have the same masking fluid. The yellow is just the pigment they put in so you can see it on the paper. It will always settle to one side so you will have to shake it up very good anytime you want to use it. There's nothing wrong with your bottle.

I hope you like the touch markers, I didn't get on with them at all, found the colours were way off from the caps and didn't blend well, promarkers are awesome used them for years and they blend like a dream, they also brought out brush markers and they are beautiful
