Gazal I watched this particular twice . Couple of points:
How many meals one can eat depends on lot of factors . Physical work, metabolism, age group etc ..
You know 60٪ of people have migraine as they do not eat frequent meals. Intermittent fasting if fine but recent study has shown that Intermittent fasting is one of the reason of surprise heart attack.
All these diet plans and suggestions should be well understood for your body type and life style before following.
