Severe case of Ringo Syndrome. A truly excellent world class musician. He just happened to be in a band with THOSE guys and was on the less showy instruments.
It was a 3- part instrumental break: first was Jonesy on organ, then Robert (the lead singer) on the harmonica, and last was Jimmy on guitar. Good job, man... greetings from Canada. Peace, love and bellbottoms.
That solo was mostly JPJ on the Hammond B3, but Plant was chiming in on Harmonica and Jimmy was crying slides on the guitar. Yeah, they can bring it on different instruments, too. Plant's a helluva blues harp man, too. People forge that.
Great reaction, thank you. I love this song and you appeared to enjoy it too lolz The first part of the solo is the super multi talented John Paul Jones playing the organ, he also plays bass guitar, mandolin .... everything and anything else that is needed - 🎉 Happy Birthday for today JPJ 🎊, second part is Robert Plant playing harmonica and LZ's lead singer, third part is Jimmy Page, LZ's incredible lead guitarist and band founder and producer. You can't miss hearing the immensely talented Mr John 'Bonzo' Bonham on drums. Hope you do more Zeppelin reactions, I'll be here for them.
I think it might be more shocking now than in 1969. The 60s were a time for massive creativity in rock (and jazz). Music is generally quite bland now, so it's probably very shocking for Gen Z people to hear this music. It was shocking when I discovered Zeppelin in the late 80s, because music was quite bad by then too.
Hey if you are still doing reaction videos, try In My Time Of Dying, live at Earls Court (1975), it will blow you away. By the way, Led Zeppelin has so many amazing songs, you can’t go wrong with any of them.
Great reaction. You heard three different solos, then they merge. John Paul Jones on keys, Robert Plant (vocalist) on harmonica, and Jimmy Page on guitar. You don't have to get it all in one listen. Just "absorb" the first time out, then give another listen if you think you've missed something. I've been listening to Zeppelin for 50+ years and might be caught up in one thing or another as I listen to a song. Different experience every time.
Love you're enjoying this Incredible moment of Music! It really doesn't matter who or what your musical tastes are!! There are only two types of Music, Good or Bad!!!.... And this is F*cking Good!!!..
when Robert sings He has birds that whistles and birds that sing it's not talking about birds and he's not talking about whistling or singing If you get my drift
C'est un veritable plaisir que des jeunes melomanes comme toi decouvre cette musique !

John Paul Jones took us to CHURCH with that Organ solo !!!
it's only when you go back and listen to the great bands of the 70,s like Led Zep and Floyd that you realise that today's music has gone downhill
