Washington led all scorers with 32 points (5-8 3pt. FG), 5 rebounds and a career-high 5 steals for the Mavericks, while Kyrie Irving added 26 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists in the victory. Stephen Curry notched 28 points (5-14 3pt. FG), 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the Warriors. The mavs schedule has been sets of duos lol. Starts with the thunder on March 14th. Played 2 games vs jazz in a row, followed up by 2 vs the kings in a row, just played a game vs the warriors, then a random game vs the hawks in between the warriors rematch. played the rockets recently and will again on Sunday. And it’s capped with a game vs the thunder… again on the 14th. Crazy 😅

Dallas’ defense is scary. It’s their best since 2011. With DJJ, Gafford, PJ, Lively, and Maxi, then add the offense of Luka and Kyrie, they’re hard to beat.
+ Green and Exum too. Those Austealians are pesky defenders too.
Even Luka and Kyrie are underrated on defense. They definitely bring in the effort.

So I kind of wnet back and forth on this game for the Mavericks. On one hand if you lose this game without Luka, then you basiclaly have to win out the next 5 games to get to 51-31. On the other hand if you win this game without Luka, then your chances really go up from getting to 52-30 which is an uphill battle. The Mavericks played their butt off tonight on defense against the Warriors. Also PJ Washington has been unlocked on offense in the last few games. Its crazy to think abkut this but if Luka and Kyrie get double teamed constantly, who's going to have to step up? Here's your answer its PJ Washington. I think he is the perfect 3rd option for the Mavericks and he's starting to get really comfortable within the system. I also want to point out too that if Luka does miss some games, then its not the end of the world but again this was a back to back so I can understand why that you rested him. Hopefully he plays on Sunday against the Rockets because we need him and Kyrie to lead us to victory.

When exum and DJJ are missing uncontested 3 points shots, they easily lose their confidence and so the next time, they would dribble and dribble and then pass. PJ on the other will keep on shooting those open shots even if he keeps missing. That is called confidence and faith.
Like Kyrie and Luka, he can work under pressure. Mark my words, when Luka and Kyrie accepts PJ as their 3rd star player, they’d be a monster trio.

He is the single greatest catalyst to curry shooting the last shot! ALWAYS in clutch games!
