at the lowest level, you see aggressive sellers chewing right through the liquidity just like they did in the beginning. Meanwhile, the guy says "sellers react less enthusiastically to the new liquidity". Well, that's funny because they chewed right through it!
the "aggressive" buyer and sellers are measured with the dots and their size. "passive" buyers and sellers are marked on the heat map. If you watch again with this info you'll be able to understand what they mean.
