Just bought my first pair of AE McAllister's wingtips walnut dress shoe's. They have the best dress shoe's and boots made. And they have really fast delivery. I'm really amazing on the quality and craftsmanship that goes into the shoe's. I will be ordering another pair very soon.
My fave's are the my Cordovan Strands, so I know how you feel. What're you think for pair number 2?

I’ve had a lot of Allen Edmonds boots, and the Discovery Chelsea I just got is probably the best one yet. Instantly comfortable, ZERO break in period, extremely stylish and they fit like a glove. I’ve been really impressed with their latest products, including the Park City boot and Higgins Mill waterproof…
I am currently waiting for my first pair of Allen Edmunds to be produced. Shell Cordovan takes time I understand. Few purchases have built this positive anticipation. Thank you all for doing what you love. I expect to feel that every step I take.

Allen Edmonds wing tip boots are superior 🔥
While QC has become iffy in recent years, they are good with exchanges and returns. I'm fond of the continental American aesthetic.
Allen Edmonds used to be significantly better than they are today. Current QC on shoes seems to have really gone down hill.

I watched reviews, read up on the Allen Edmonds manufacturing methods and history, it all sounded great. So I bought a pair of Chukka Boots, great product, great purchasing experience overall, I decided to buy more shoes. Bought a pair of Dalton Wingtip Dress Boots. I received 2 different color boots, also one of the boots seemed to be a different vintage or much older and had been on display for some time. Multiple price tickers attached and removed, physical dimensions were different, a different cut of the same style. I called customer service, they apologized and said they would send out another pair, free shipping. Got the next pair, shoes are with out a doubt reject, factory second shoes. I wear a size 9.5, the shoes I received are a size 8 or possible even smaller, but marked as a 9.5 D The shoes were also misshapen. The left looked like a right, the toe was curved outward. The worst quality I've seen from any shoe company, shameful quality.
Great shoes, but absolutely horrible quality control
