Now I am getting my donations to the car lol on Friday on my way to chemo I will drop them off to donation site. I donate to a charity shop that the proceeds go to our county Hospice. You always help me to remember to get things done even if I have to do it one step at a time. Ever since watching your channel, I have started having my environment be more intentional and even though I may not be rich as in financially, I am rich in happiness. Thank you Carla for being amazing. May your next trip around the sun be full of positivity, joy, abundance, health, and your goals being met.

It is funny how interesting it is to see other people do their daily tasks and errands. Probably partly because it motivates you to do your own tasks (laundry done ✔️ ).
And partly because other people's lives are a little different from your own: You drive everywhere, you have palm trees where you live, and it is mostly warm and sunny.
I bike everywhere, also in winter, and it rains as often here as having sun.
And your great editing of course. It is very professional.

I appreciate the work that goes into these videos. You have to keep moving your phone to various places to film yourself walking down steps, getting into car etc. and then edit it all together with relaxing music. I was willing you to keep that patio lamp ... glad you did 😊

What a perfect video to wind down & settle 🥰 always tend to feel guilty thinking “oh no I should sell this” but the stress & time I save when I donate/gift things away has been priceless so far & very rewarding!
Today I gave away clear Refrigerator bins from an old Fridge (served us well 20+yrs rip) o7 on the local Trashnothing page and it has been SO nice hearing how something I Don’t use is passed to someone who will enjoy the items to the fullest.
It really is the best feeling when your items go on to a good home! 💗

Be careful with those washers! i recommend getting some sort of filter for the end of it that spits out the water or for the sink. My neighbor two apartments away used to use one but it clogged up there pipes and idk if it flooded there house but definitely flooded my neighbor right next to me. She said water just started coming out of all her sinks. Everyone had no water for the rest of evening and into the next morning until the plumber could come out. I think they had to pay for plumbing or maybe just a warning, not sure but they we’re told not to use it anymore because we have a machine on-site. One machine for 4 apartments so not as bad as 12 but still not always convenient.
I have a sink strainer so maybe that helps…I’ve been using it for years with no problem. I’ve never heard of that before but that’s good to know!

Ahh, sunshine! I grew up in L.A. I miss it so much! I LOVE flying into Long Beach, getting off the plane, seeing the palm trees, and smelling the air. It's just a different life than up here in Humboldt where we have "liquid sunshine." Your meal looked delicious!

$75 is good! I usually spend a minimum of $100 so I avoid Target unless I have a very specific item to get. Basically I avoid going to most stores to avoid impulse buys. Mostly I go to the market. I buy clothes on sale online.
