I have an accessory pencil gripper on my Apple Pencil. I’ve noticed that sometimes it won’t connect unless I remove the gripper. Wondering if the gripper gets in the way of connectivity?
apparently.. i removed my case and it immediately works just fine without keeps disconnecting like before
One of my cousin used to have grippers on his pencil. The grippers caused overheating and damaged the pencil for some reason and can’t be repaired as said by apple. Never use them.. The overheating was unusual tho

@@QuantumCanvas07 it was a 3 month old and successfully got it exchanged. They said it might have drained charge completely which later made me wonder what might be the proper way of storing it to avoid a reoccurrence..

Bought one, returned it for an exchange, now second one does not work either. All I get from bluetooth is ELK-BLEDOM which does nothing.

My 2nd gen apple pencil is stuck at 98%. Maybe a software glitch!? And battery's draining overnight even if it's docked to the side of the ipad. It's really frustrating as I need my pencil to be at full charge for my university in the morning.

Which pencil do you have? Gen 1 charges by plugging into the ipad or using adapter. 2nd gen charges by attaching to side as shown in video
