My wife’s Blood group is B-ve,
My Blood group is O+ve,
My son (6 year) blood group is B-ve,
During first pregnancy Anti-D injection was also given in 48 hours.
Now while conceiving second time, ICT test is Positive. (Test done at 6 week pregnancy)
Please suggest what is to be done now ?

Yes - for detecting Hdnb in new born we use direct coombs test
But for prenatal screening of mother for possibility of Hdnb in newborn due to RH incompatibility we use indirect coombs .😊 Important to understand this . Regards-Dr.goutam
