got this pair for xmas (more dimes) and tbh i love the shoe, i think it definitely will suit those that are on the lighter side of the weight spectrum and have a more slim/narrow foot. I usually double up on socks (Nike dri fit tube socks and my reebok ankle socks over them) and would suggest THICK bbal socks or double up to find that nice balance of cushion. Other then that i feel like the shoe feels better and better the more i play in them and the court grip is amazing, easy to stop on a dime and perfect for quick crossovers, drives, shooting and running up and down the court. Ive hooped in these on indoor and outdoor courts and the feel is amazing on both (especially indoor). If you're a bigger guy or have a wider set foot you probably wouldn't want to get these, but not every shoe is for everyone.

Hey Jahr, talking about the durability of the materials, i remembered that i saw some pics of the kyrie 4's outsole separating from the upper, and Nightwing 2303 showed that his pair logo did the same from the tongue, did you experience the same or do you see some of this stuff about to happen to your pair?
Have you notice any of the seams started coming apart on your curry 4s?? Between the synthetic and knit. My 1st (og white and blk) and 2nd (black white and gold) pair seemingly stretched the seams, to the point where the glue started showing each after just 1 3 hour session. I cant imagine them lasting a few more sessions before completely coming apart. I think they needed done stitching to reinforce that glue. Any thoughts??

I love this shoe. I picked up the more dimes on discount and tried it on and I feel so quick, my legs and back do not hurt and the shoe feels like a glove. Goes to show it's personal preference. There is pinching at where the foot bends but if you where them around the house and stretch them out with your hand for a bit, the shoe completely conforms to your feet. TTS definitely. Jahronmon just doesn't have the most ideal feet. My shoe was stepped on 5 times during my scrimmages by the biggest and heaviest men and the materials are still there. I don't get where Jahronmon gets these shitty non-durable Curry's. Hell the traction was just fine it just picks up alot of dust AND STILL GRIPS. Everyone has different feet.
I've played the curry with the same colorway. If Curry could play barefoot at all he'd do so. I can't blame him. He wants consistency in his shots and a bouncy cushion would probably bother him. I have to give under armour a credit though. Their shoe setup and specs are equivalent of the shoes Steph uses unlike Nike and Adidas that releases a specific PE with different materials and blend of specs.
I got the curry 4s and they are perfect for me. (i am a point guard) i have no problem with them. The cushioning doesnt annoy me but the grip is alright will have to wipe a few times.

I am pretty sure he puts all the shoes through the paces like any baller does, especially being a shoe tester. I have these and I actually play full court and half court games, 42 years old and I have no had any issues with them ever nor any other of the other curry 4's, even. as with all shoes, some are just not meant for everyone and some shoes will breakdown, because they are mass produced. at the end of the day if the shoe works for you, it works, if it doesn't move on to something else.
Tommy Wong I noticed the fuse coming off when I was relacing the laces when I was in a game. I still have no idea since when did the fuse started to give.
I have played in the More Rings and More Fun.... both are great EXCEPT for cushion.... I haven't had a chance to play in this color way yet... but I don't foresee a difference
I have the white Curry 4’s and have had no chipping or scuffs, but encountered a very painful pinching in the mid foot, and Jahromon, the reason the Curry 4’s have barely any cushioning is because Steph doesn’t like cushioning in basketball shoes.
I feel you on the cushion but you to keep in mind that the shoe is made for Curry. Who doesn't need that much cushion because he doesn't jump that high nor does he jump often. Court feel and balance are what these specialize in you just gotta know what your buying but I'm pretty sure you just went into the cushioning for review purposes

We all know Curry may not like a lot of cushion, but I guarantee he has an expensive custom insole to help him out not to mention all the ice baths, ice packs, and trainers to help massage away game pain. What they are giving us for retail just isn't up to snuff. Improve this Cushion or move on from it. It's okie doke at best and definitely not the regular guy's best long term option.
I'm in Taiwan. I went to check it out. The quality of shoe didn't look that great. And it didn't feel that great when I tried it. I'm always looking for ankle support and cushioning. It's not as nice as Curry 1or 2 . So I didn't really like curry 4 personally. And seriously,what happened to Micro G? My first pair UA was micro g blur. It was so comfortable. I can wear them all day. Charged is not bad. It's just not as nice.

Guess everyone needs different cushions. I play just fine in training shoes with only phylon, but others could need more.
