Mini-Me is my all time favorite character in the Austin Powers movies. RIP Verne Troyer.
When I heard he passed, there was a fifteen minute period there were I was just inconsolable.
@@STOCKHOLM07 When I heard he passed, I watched all three Austin Powers movies in one day to honor him.
He behaved ✌️
*Best Frau Impression*
"I like SCOTT!!*
What do you mean RIP Verne Troyer? Mini-Me and the actor are two different people. His character dies in the movies.
Since you didn’t realize Dr Evil was also played by Mike Meyers last movie, did you happen to notice that he was ALSO playing Fat Bastard in this one? I didn’t hear you mention it so I just wanted to point it out in case haha. Love your reactions! Always happy to see a new one uploaded, can’t wait for more
@@nsasupporter7557 did you not read the comment youre responding to? jordan asked if she noticed that mike myers ALSO PLAYS FAT BASTARD.
@@nsasupporter7557 yes I watched the whole video. She said she didn't realize it in the first film until commenters told her, and I didn't hear her say that she recognized Fat Bastard as the same actor in this film, which is why I commented. Did you not read my comment correctly?
@@nsasupporter7557 fun that you edited your comment, but still incorrect, and not even pointing out what I or she said accurately. She said she didn't realize when watching it, but found out afterwards from the commenters. That's what I started my comment with, reiterating what she had said at the beginning of this video, and went on to point out that Fat Bastard is also played by Mike Meyers. I don't know what your issue is with what I said when I'm saying the same thing she did and expanded to give her info about this film in case she wasn't aware
@@nsasupporter7557 it's also a Lorne Michaels impression from all the time he spent with him on SNL haha. I didn't know that he couldn't find someone to play it though, always fun learning new trivia!
Thanks. I had the same thought. Great minds.
I feel like the Russian lady *"Ivana Humpalot"* was the highlight of this reaction, Dasha laughing at the Russian jokes were adorable!🤣💕🔥✨
You gotta watch the third one now just to finish off the chain. And your reactions at the coffee scene, omg I couldn't stop laughing I had tears!
That Jerry Springer bit had me rolling 🤣
when this first came out!!
Next to Dr. Evil's monolog at the parents meeting in the first movie it might be Mike Myers best work.
I'm 65 years old and although I was only a kid at the time I loved living through the 60s and 70s. My sister used to wear the most ridiculous clothes. London in the 60s was a really exciting place with Carnaby street selling all the Beatles style clothes and the market at Portabello road. This movie takes me back to a time when people were less stressed and a lot happier. I love your reactions. ✌️♥️🇬🇧
And can we all have a round of applause for Rob Lowe’s Robert Wagner impression?👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Rob lowe is talentless actor who never amounted to anything why do you think he did all the drugs.
I think this is the best one in the series. Heather Graham nails it in her role, fantastic, takes charge and is Austin's equal in every way. Plus the soundtrack for this movie is also very good. Also Mike Myers added a new role in this one. While being Austin Powers and Dr. Evil he also was Fat Bastard :)
@@nsasupporter7557 so why come here then
@@nsasupporter7557 not worried about it just doesn't make sense
@@nsasupporter7557 chill bro ain't that serious
@@nsasupporter7557 and I clearly said I wasn't worried so no need to get all smart
@@nsasupporter7557 there's nothing wrong with asking it's just a question you made a thing of nothing just because of a question
Even the first teaser for this was based on Star Wars, because it came out the same year as Episode I, and everyone was excited as hell for it because no one had seen it yet 😁.
Hell, the narrator in the trailer even said "If you see just ONE movie this summer.... see Star Wars. But if you see TWO movies..."
If only we knew, right....?
I went to see them both. So win-win.
RIP Verne Troyer , he deserved peace.
He was here for too short a time.
I forgot how much I used to watch this movie. It pretty much lived in the tv/vcr combo.
My favorite super spy movie parody is 1966's "What's Up Tiger Lily" where they took an actual 1965 Japanese spy action adventure movie called "International Secret Police: Key of Keys" and dubbed it with outrageous dialogue like when two characters are surrounded by gunmen on a ship, and they try to bluff their way out by having one pretend to use the other as a hostage, and he whispers "Keep walking until we're over the water. If we can walk on water, they won't dare shoot at us," or when another character rants about a villain saying "I'd say he was sadistic, hippophilic necrophile, but that's beating a dead horse."
Another couple of great spy parodies that border on straight up action adventure are "Our Man Flint" and "In Like Flint" starring James Coburn.
"No matter, we'll use Miracle-Whip instead! *_HUEHUEHUEHUEHUE"_*
@@samwallaceart288 Bless you for knowing that line!
Great movie. Fyi Fat Bastered is also played by the same actor who plays Austin Powers and Dr Evil. You should see The Wayne's World movies.
Wayne's World is hilarious
I think she would really like Wayne’s World.
I used to watch that fight scene with Mini-me repeatedly as a kid. Lol
And Fat Bastard is hilarious.. I can't tell you how much we quoted him and the movie when I was in middle school.
20:29 "I eat because I'm unhappy and I'm unhappy because I eat" me dying of laughter
her "awwww"
To see where a lot of Austin Powers comes from, you should definitely watch From Russia with Love (1963). It's the second-ever James Bond movie, and it stars Sean Connery.
@@nsasupporter7557 Maybe, maybe not -- but that's why I haven't recommended all Bond films ever made. From Russia with Love is the clear origin of many things found in Austin Powers, though, so I think she'd at least appreciate that one.
the middle film in one of my top trilogies, absolutely fantastic. don't wait too long to see then next one, Goldmember
I love that you’re starting to know the pop culture references, and I’m really looking forward to Austin Powers Goldmember 👍
Seeing someone who’s actually Russian react to the parodied spy movie Russian femme fatale was very amusing.😂
Great reaction as always Dasha.
ONE of the Best COMEDIC TRILOGIES ever created. In my opinion, Meyers hit the Gold Mine when they did these. And the co-stars,,, also great. But as awesome as Heather Graham and Beyoncé are, ELIZABETH HURLEY WAS, IS and ALWAYS will be the BEST co-star. Just my opinion, but the right opinion also. LMAO!!! Great Post, Dasha.
It was so much fun to see your reaction to this movie! 😎
Great reaction! Looking forward to Austin powers 3
Don't know if you took notice but the actor playing the US president was Tim Robbins. He played the lead role in The Shawshank Redemption.
Yeh baby YEH!!!! :D Long live Austin!
Dr. evil I'm late ....no you got here right on time 😆😆
I love your reactions Dasha, and your laughter is like music to my ears - remember, a day with out laughter is a day wasted.
Such a happy reaction! Dasha is the goat when it comes to to reactions
Your analysis in movies is very smart.
Springer... I can't believe that's still on. All those trashy daytime talk shows were a 90s staple.
Even Oprah started out as one of those shows. She's like this wine aunt icon now, but in the 80s she was in the cesspool with all the rest.
20:54 DOG lol
It sucks you got all those copyright claims. That’s really lame of YT. I enjoy these reactions a lot, Austin Powers was my favorite movie as a kid (even though all the sex jokes flew clean over my head at the time 😅)
The title "The Spy Who Shagged Me" is a spoof on the title of a 007 James Bond movie "The Spy Who Loved Me".
The next one's title, "Goldmember" is a spoof on the title of another 007 movie, "Goldfinger".
*#RIP** Vernon Troyer AKA Mini Me*
That was the Jerry Springer(RIP) show where they say,”jerry jerry Jerry “ when guests start fighting. It was a real show… 🔥👍🏼
best Austin powers ever! the ending of the first one was like really?! but this fixes everything;)
Great job Dasha! It's so much fun watching you laugh. And getting other movie references. I like this one more than the first as well. Keep up the great work.
3:06 "Not on national television, you know. And there is _always_ one program like that."
Yes. And this is _The Jerry Springer Show._ For _28 mind-blowing seasons,_ this was it. For 28 years, this kind of thing appeared on TV screens _all across the US._ And then, finally, in 2018, the American public had our fill of it.
Austin powers Goldmember is the best one out of the Trilogy 😏🌈 love your reactions Dasha
As you noticed there are a lot of references to famous movie scenes like Star Wars, the Exorcist and the James Bond films. Some you may have missed:
- When Felicity comes out of the sea wearing a white bikini is a spoof of the very first James Bond film 'Dr. No' when Ursula Andress's character 'Honey Ryder' emerges from the sea. Many of the real Bond girls had risque names like that, others included 'Pussy Galore' and 'Miss Goodnight' hence the naughty names in the Austin Powers films.
- The fight with Mini-me is a spoof of the Bond film Moonraker except Bond fights 'Jaws' a huge 7'2" henchman instead of someone tiny.
- 11:16 The top Austin is wearing is the same as one Davy Jones from the 60s group 'The Monkees' famously wore on their TV show.
- The montague of different names for a penis includes the actor Woody Harrelson who's name was used in the first film to describe an erect penis.
- Also the red hat with a tassel worn by Will Ferril's character, Mustapha, who falls off the cliff is called a Fez. Which is why Austin jokes that his "Fez is familiar".
Your reactions are always fun to watch. Great movie, great reaction.
9:01 The looks on Dasha's face during this whole Fat Bastard sequence were hilarious 😆
If you like these, I think you're ready for So I Married An Axe Murderer.
Mike Myers made it a few years before this. It didn't do great in theaters but became a cult classic later.
Hell, even the first Austin Powers didn't do great in theaters, but it did so well on home video they made another one.
So I Married An Axe Murderer is highly underrated, and has one of my favorite Alan Arkin roles in addition to two great performances from Mike.
Head! MOVE!
He'll go and cry on his massive pillow.
"It's like an orange on a toothpick..."
12:03 her reaction to Fat Bastard’s ass crack 😂😂😂😂 she’s so cute lol
You definitely need to watch the 3rd Austin powers goldmember it's also hilarious
Dasha, you never disappoint !!! Great reaction.

Goldmember is a great movie too, the whole Austin powers trilogy is amazing
@@nsasupporter7557 damn, well clearly you aren't a fan of Austin powers like I am. I think they are all great and very funny. So I would strongly disagree with you

Classic flick, great reaction. Really enjoy your take on movies you look at things I don't and you're genuine. Keep up the good work!
This movie was released the same summer as The Phantom Menace and there was so much hype around that the trailer for this movie started out, “If you watch just one movie this summer…watch Star Wars. But if you watch a second, watch Austin Powers.”
Goldmember please! I just watched it recently and it is hysterical.
It's ironic hearing Mike Meyers use the same Scottish accent as Fat Bastard saying "Donkey," years before Shrek.
So glad you got to upload! 😊
Mike Meyers plays Austin Powers, Dr. Evil, and Fat Bastard this time
Hi Dasha I loved your reaction to Austin Powers too you were magnificent , can't wait to see your reaction to Austin Powers 3 soon you're going to love it too.❤❤❤❤
"Scott Evil! I know him!" - Like "Elf", but evil.
I'd have to disagree with Austin about the 80s. That's my favourite decade 😍. Looking forward to your reaction to Goldmember 😀
Mike Myers & Will Ferrel - 2 awesome comedic actors from SNL :)
Confession - I've always liked tall women. 😁 Back in the 90s I had a crush on Kristen Johnston (Ivana Humpalot, she was also on the TV show 3rd Rock)
Heather Graham is one of those beautiful women that is such a classical beauty that it feels wrong to fantasize about her, physically. Just admire like a work of art.
She is so funny in Bowfinger.
You might be over-sharing.
In case you didnt know When he said of the 70's and 80's, there was a gas shortage and a flock of Seagulls. In the late 70's there was a big gas shortage with long lines at gas stations and in the 80's there was a band called flock of Seagulls. 😁.
Of course there was more than that, there was Michael Jackson in the 80's who was much bigger than the flock, but you probably know that. :)
Your English Is Awesome😀
I love these movies, and your reactions to them... and your nice accent
I prefer the first one (and miss Vanessa in this one) but this is still a lot of. It comes with a huge source of nostalgia for me for the summer of 1999 when I was 17 and about to start my last year of school. This was such a big hit at the time and Madonna's song was everywhere!
JEFF was HERE 🍿
Goldmember is up next. I think that was the last one.
I guess the easiest way to tell that Mike Myers plays various characters are his eyebrows. They're really distinct. But yes he played three characters in this movie.
Fat Bastard is also Mike Myers (who plays Austin and Dr Evil)
In case you didn't read the credits *Mike Myers* plays *Austin Powers, Dr Evil & Fat Bastard*
I hope you finish the trilogy!

Get in my belly 🍽️ lol classic
I am writing this to help out Dasha and this video and this channel with the algorithm ✌️❤️😚☺️
Fat Bast*rd and Goldmember are also played by Mike Myers.
Dr Evil is a top 3 all time bad guy, and this is his best film.
13:12 I'm a real coffee lover and the first time I saw this movie this scene almost put me off coffee for life, in fact I didn't have another till first thing the next morning 💩☕
Goldmember next let's gooo
Mike Meyers added Fat Bastard to Austin and Dr. Evil for this film.
RIP Vern Troyer aka Mini Me who was also in Harry Potter 1 as the Goblin who accompanies Harry and Hagrid to their vaults in the beginning of the film.
What makes this so great is the 60's music soundtrack. The way they used "Born to Be Wild" and "American Woman" is perfect. Also, what can you say about Heather Graham? Of course, Mike Meyers' humor is great but sometimes a bit over-the-top. I think you will like the third Austin Powers movie too.
This movie is tons of fun. So silly, but a wonderful kind of silly.
2:57 You mother-(bleep)!
Don't worry about continuation in this movie, because it doesn't make any sense as a pun to James Bond movies.
"Wait a tic, that means I'm single again ... oh Behave!"
Are you old enough to remember the Jerry Springer show? He was always bringing on people to fight with each other. It was wild in the 90s but they toned it back in the 00s.
Time to watch, "Austin Powers: Goldmember." ✌️❤️🌹
Another great reaction as always Dasha. Glad you enjoyed the movie and thanks for the good video. Keep up the great work.
I'll agree, this is one of those rare instances of the _second_ movie in the franchise surpassing the _first._ The DVD for this actually had three music videos on it that were awesome as well: _Beautiful Stranger_ by Madonna which co-starred Mike Myers as Austin Powers, _American Woman_ by Lenny Kravitz which co-starred Heather Graham, and _Word Up_ by Melanie G (Scary Spice) co-starring Verne Troyer (Mini-Me), but don't get your hopes up in the event you decide to watch the _third._ It's called _Goldmember._ It's the one that killed the franchise.
It was a great movie. luv ya Dasha.
Azumi "азуми" has emotional scenes, you should watch it.
"Dam Dirty Apes" was a reference to the film "Planet of the Apes" from 1968
You would love the show "3rd rock from the sun"
Part 3 is one of the BEST action comedy film I enjoyed as a kid.
I really wanna watch a new reaction of you watching Rush Hour 3, Beverly Hills Cop and Bad Boys with Martin Lawrence and Will Smith🌠🌟🌈
Me too.
beautiful happy Dasha!!😊😍💗❤✌
Did Fat Bastard sound at all familiar? Not only did Mike Myers play Austin Powers, and Dr. Evil, he also played Fat Bastard. Not only that, he was basically just doing a variation on his Shrek voice. Oh, in case you didn't know, Mike Myers is also the voice of Shrek.
Fat Bastard is played by the same actor who's playing Austin Powors and Dr. Evil.
I don’t know if you have done any Heather Graham movies but I recommend Boogie Nights and The Hangover.
and From Hell
There's really missing part 3!
love this movie
Funny movies!
Dr Evil is the greatest 👍
I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of the Jerry Springer show, but at the start of the movie where you see Dr Evil and his son on the talk show, that actually use to be a real show called the Jerry Springer show where he would have the craziest guests on where they would actually break out in fights just like you see here in the movie. There were a few more like that, one of which had a female host called the Ricki Lake show. Both of these shows were completely bonkers and I’m sure you could find clips and full length episodes of them here on RUclips. They were considered to be complete trash, but they had so many viewers watching them that Ricki Lake lasted longer than a decade and the Jerry Springer show lasted almost thirty years.

you're gonna love the third one. it's the best one imo.
