Hari Elychi ..8
Loung ( cloves) .. 10
Darcheeni Stick .. 2
Sabut Kali mirch ... 1tbsp
Jaiful (nutmeg) ..1/2 piece
Javetri ... 6 blades
Sabut lalmirch ... 18 to 20
Chanay .. 6 tbsp
Adrk Lehsun paste ... 4 tbsp
Dahi ... 1cup
Meat Tenderizer or Kaccha Papita ... 3 tbsp
Lalmirch powder ... 1 tsp
Dhunya powder..2 tbsp
Haldi ... 1 tsp
Salt ... 2 tsp
Ghee ..1 cup or Butter
Pyaz .... 2 to 3 medium
pani ... 2 .5 cup
kewra water .. 2 tsp &( its optional )
koyla for smoke
Butter .. 50 gm

i have recently discovered you. I tried your channa pulao, turned out amazing... i want to ask if papaya paste is not available then can we use kachri powder.
As papaya is not available in upper parts of Pakistan.
