Family courts operate a bit differently than criminal courts which require evidence “beyond and to the exclusion of all reasonable doubt.” While, generally, polygraph tests aren’t admissible, both parties can agree to allow them and a family court judge may consider it if both parties agreed to it previously, as was the case on this show. Regardless, he has been vindicated. Not only was a polygraph test done, to which both parties agreed to consider the evidence, but a criminal investigation was completed, which proved that he was innocent. And while a family court judge/arbitrator may or may not consider polygraph evidence, they will certainly consider the result of a legal criminal investigation which cleared him of all accusations.
I love in NYS and because child custody is civil and not criminal they will not do anything. You go to Family Court and get an order from the judge they will not enforce it. Eventually the judge will issue a warrant for your arrest for not complying with the order but that takes months if not years for the judge to get to that point. It really sucks because good parents like him have no recourse if she won't let him see the kid unless he goes to school and takes the child from school then he can keep the child from her until they go to court but they would probably be back in the same boat she would keep the child from him again. She's just mad that he moved on with his life

If it says innocent, chances are prosecutors won't be prosecuting the person. Police use them to help identify suspects as well. So there's that.

We all told her it was hers not to show anyone and we all had one apart from my son which she found even funnier. First of all the story itself sounded disturbing to listen to about these molesting allegations . Second of all why would Tessa Coach her daughter to say Luis did this and Luis did that ? There are such laws, I can't believe how willfully ignorant people are. The person being falsely accused has to bring about those charges. If you do nothing about it, nothing will happen.

First of all the story itself sounded disturbing to listen to about these molesting allegations . Second of all why would Tessa Coach her daughter to say Luis did this and Luis did that ? It’s no wonder why no evidence was found on the daughter from the gecko . What was her plan here ? To have him locked up for no reason ? What was her reasoning to do all of this ? Sometimes I just don’t understand why certain parents would coach their children about this type of stuff .
I hear ya! It makes my blood boil mothers like her would do such a horrible thing to an innocent person. It could be a variety of reasons why she coached her daughter:
1. Tessa wanted to get back at Luis for something he did in the past (cheating for example)
2. Maybe she was jealous of the relationship her daughter has with Luis
3. Tessa seeks attention
4. Maybe something happened to Tessa when she was around her daughter's age
those are possible reasons why Tessa made everything up to make Luis out to be the bad person in the story. What she did is unforgivable. She was trying everything in her power to keep her daughter away from him and that's sick. Years from now, if her daughter were to see this clip, she might ask her mom, "Why mom? Why did you do that to dad?" Her answer to Steve's question on when Luis can see his daughter tells me even with Luis passing, she still won't let him see their daughter. That's what I think.
Who knows what the actual reason is ? But it could be one of those .

And it’s funny how they were plenty of other mothers like her on the show who apparently coached their children to make false molesting allegations towards fathers . Some fathers have passed some fathers have failed . And also some others have passed about not coaching but others have failed about coaching children .

What I think is sad is how so many men including yourself are using the few and far between instances of women lying to try and disprove survivors. Like men don't do false accusations too.. and if you care so much about false accusations care about how false imprisonment disproportionately affects Black men. On other videos of men getting found to be the liar but they said theyre innocent yall have no where near the same energy, nobody uses those videos to hate on male victims of false accusations nobody says "you cant believe all men anymore".
