Disassembly is not hard. But that cables soldered to motherboard will be the big problem.
not only that but damn near everything is paired to the logic board in software so if you replace the battery or screen or cameras or faceID sensor you don't get full functionality

16th! Not looking forward to replacing the battery on this in a few years though. Replaced it on my iPhone 7 a couple months ago and that alone took me a few hours...
What took so long? lol You dont need to dissemble the whole phone and the new batteries got pull tags as well
Okay, I'm not so sure.... Reparability 6 of 10? Please excuse me but I would give this straight 1 of 10, or even 0 of 10 if it even existed due to Apple pairing everything! You cannot replace camera, battery, Face ID and so on... This alone makes not worth buying new iPhone 12, at least for me, I don't know what other people think about it. If it is for changing adhesive and any missing buttons or cracked back glass, then it is OK, but when it comes for camera or front panel... Just my opinion :)

Yes, in fact, this is a big problem for people who live in countries where there is no Apple service and there is no support for them. Unfortunately Apple doesn't think about it.
I have to say that the amount of detail and quality they put into the phone are good. What bothers me is that their policy dont want us to mess in the phone we paid for!

I don't really like videos where stuff was pre opened. The critical part about the 12 series is the display opening since it is completely differen to previous iPhones. (atleast more difficult due to the adhesive being much more stronger and the display sitting much deeper in the frame while being thinner than previous displays).
Yup, I can tell this one was pre-opened.
I think Apple should share the information on the components so they can be repaired and replaced

I bought an iphone 12 second hand in France and when the screen had problems and I wanted to change it we realized that the model A 2172 I had there was no internal sensor earphone integrated on the screen but curiously the face'id and earphone worked well before the screen was defective, would you please explain?

Need your help in understanding how power is drawn into the flash
as my main camera is showing black screen as well as the flash does not work along with it and normally in torch as well, but interestingly when I switch to ultra wide camera,(which is still working), the flash works perfectly fine along with it, is it some issue with camera IC or Camera module

I dont know, but the Camera module can only be removed when the Phone is open. Replacing the Camera on iphone 12 is impossible for anyone who is not apple

Hello! I was wondering if the phone has a space between the screen and the rest of the components or does it rest on them? When I tap the screen I hear a hollow sound compared to my s7 edge which sounds solid, like tapping the table.
