  • We are back building in the garden after a winter of rain and everything is slowly but surely drying out! The aim this year is to make everything steeper, smoother and ultimately more fun! The work continues in the mud, and after weeks of work it's finally time to test out the new upgrades on the last trick jump and see if its better!

      They look amazing- but you know that this time next year, you'll have the digger back out there....tweaking stuff and almost certainly making things bigger/better.😂
      I'd love to see the full downhill track again w the mini canyon gap, etc @SamReynolds26

    Tid bit of advice for rebuild after winter. Bring in new clay. Build 6 inches of new clay on top every year. Eventually it'll be above the grass and stay dry a lot longer. I'm sure you guys could do it in an afternoon but makes less work to do it st the rebuild every year. 💚🖤

    You should do the old concrete powder trick on your flats and berms. It helps spread out your ride season to.

    • @SamReynolds26
      @SamReynolds26  12 дней назад +1

      You just sprinkle some concrete on top? Or do you have to mix it in so it makes a thicker layer

    when buds start to form on a tree its called budding, which is what is happing to your tree. Blooming is when something starts flowering. Sprouting is when a plant starts to grow new shoots.

    2:13 Please excuse my pedantry but is a digging shovel a thing? Maybe they have hybrid 'digging shovels' these days but from my days (many years ago) labouring for a landscaping firm I was taught that a shovel was for shovelling (i.e moving loose dirt) and a spade was for digging.
    You could use a spade for shovelling but it has a smaller, heavier blade (i.e less efficient) and you should never use a shovel for digging or you'll bend it.

    • @SamReynolds26
      @SamReynolds26  14 дней назад +4

      Yeah those labourer shovels are too gnarly! They’re so heavy and short and destroy your back! We are recreational diggers and just use whatever shovels don’t hurt our back 😂
