And by the way , Amazighan people are still talking tamazigh as their first language whereas a lot of them still don't speak Arabic (or more precisely moroccan dialect ). But it's true that they learned arabic because they became muslims.

    • @Amazigh_d_Amurakuch

  • @Realplayable

In Morocco , they're 2 kind of people, Berber ( Amazighan people) and Arab people, the last ones invaded the country a few centuries ago, but currently they're more arab people than berber in Morocco. The first language in Morocco is Arabic, it is the official language before French and Tamazight. In this video, the shopkeeper is a Touareg/Bedouin from Sahara in the south of Morocco, they are an other community and can't be considered as Arab or Berber

Yes of course, but i was talking about Morocco, and in Morocco there isn't any moroccan christians, it's simply forbidden, when you're moroccan you're muslim or jewish, that's the only two options. Moreover, Arab people came from the middle east, and more precisly from the Arabic Peninsula, and they invaded Morocco during the expansion of the Muslim Empire a few centuries ago. I'm moroccan, I know our history so please don't try to teach me who I am.

Arabs and africans have extremely close roots, including berbers. As the sahara's lush forests dried into deserts, people moved towards egypt (the nile), and their skin slowly lightened. They then move into the arab peninsula, and they lightened some more (over thousands of years of course).
But yeah, contemporary morocco isn't arab...
