It depends on your skill set, most operators I know started out around $15/hr. After 3 to 5 years of experience, I've seen em make around $18 to $25/hr. Journeyman operators can make between 60k to 80k a year.
@Kody Bowman Damm with minimum wages going up + inflation I'm thinking this profession should at least pay 30-35$ per hour now a days. Especially with the complexity of cartons, multiple glue lines, etc. Really one of the few jobs that makes you have to think.
