The reason the IBN5100 is indeed not at the Yanabayashi Shrine anymore is because Ruka is a girl. Before that, Ruka had a sister who was taking care of the cleaning. This religious context isn't mentioned in the anime but male and female shrine maidens have vastly different workloads - which is why Ruka's sister, the less clumsy one, didn't break the computer. But as a girl, that duty was upon Ruka in this world line.
