The current prop firm I’m with is just not doing it for me anymore and I’m in search for a new one and I was anticipating the one you’ve planned to release. One of my main decision making points is trustworthiness and without a shadow of a doubt I know Swaggy is trustworthy bc he’s been EXTREMELY TRANSPARENT for years. I'm in the 365 and was wondering what the holdup was. Now that I hear you talk about it, I COMPLETELY SUPPORT your hesistation, and personally I think you should wait a few months and see what the industry is like before you make the final decision. I know you aren't hurting for money either, we see your success. But it doesn't make sense to use any more money on it until you're sure. And really who knows what is happening with the whole prop firm market at this stage! It's safer to wait a little bit. Either way, whenever you release it, it's gonna be a breath of fresh air for all of us who have to deal with prop firms on the regular. Much love to you Swaggy and congrats on Jr.!

Here is what is going on. JB and Pelosi legally cut MT4 and MT5 a Russian Metaquotes company use from Americans' use which cut out Forex overseas brokers. Now, prop firms that use MT4/MT5 are losing their license because JB/Pelosi have extended the law to prop firms. Now prop firms are going to start calling their business Prop Firm Evaluations to stay in the industry. But you can thank JB/Pelosi for their unhappiness with people making money and not going back to work.
Appreciate all you do. Im mostly in every 365 webinars paying attention and studying everything. I decided to wait for your prop firm to start. My first was with secure the bag. All i can say is do whats best. You got my support and ill be here with whatever decision my guy.

I left FX for Futures and I am not looking back. There are too many issues with the FX firms. Futures have no spreads. It is regulated. No slippage. For people trading indexes the switch makes more sense. If I do use an FX prop firm though it would be one run by you cuz I know you make sure your products are good before you launch.

Definitely hard times in the industry. I just had a firm decrease a payout by saying I was “gambling” although I never broke any rules or even placed more than 3 trades in a day.
Hopefully this isn’t a sign of the end but rather signs that we are weeding out those who are only about the cash grab.

I think you should launch. If you have faith in the work you put in and you know you did everything with integrity your prop firm should be safe from these attacks that all these known prop firms have been taking because they did not build their firm with good intentions and integrity. We need someone we can trust Swaggy. Someone who we know, will be honest with us, even if the percentage payout is like 80/20 or 75/25 I think we would be understanding if that’s what’s needed to run the firm legitimately. Like a lot of us who are doing their best to put in the work right now, have prop firms as their goals so they can change their lives and their family lives. Including myself. I truly ask you do not give up on this venture cause it would help save a lot of lives.
So I do hope you choose to still launch.

When trade with a prop firm even if you pass a challenge and they give you a real account how do you get taxed is it capital gains or not since it’s still basically a demo account ?
Yes it’s still be taxed by capital gains and as you have a Llc then it could save you some money and be eligible for different tax benefits. Not a finically advisor. But do your proper research.

I watched u while I was crying and I am so down cause of everything is happening. I don't have job . tried to get funded. Had funding with TFF they shut down. didn't receive my payout. I ve lost almost around 50k since I started and been 2 years. Now trying to get funded to get the chance to get back to break even and then make profit. Have you considered setting up a copy trading service in your 365 group for your small account. That way will guarantee 100's of people will achieve your goals of the group? I personally do not get time to follow your live streams due to work commitments.

Different brokers have different spreads etc, but if you provide a link to the broker you use then the conditions would be the same. You are a genius trader. Imagine if you had 1000 people linked to the copier trader you would make a thousand millionaires. Has anybody else done this. Have I set a challenge???

Seems like the ones that are getting shut down, or not serving US customers are the ones that are their own broker. I haven't seen any of the prop firms that have a regulated third party broker being shut down or not serving US customers. This is the kicker, Oanda recently started a prop firm. A US regulated broker, and they dont serve US customers. Why? Because they are obviously their own broker.

I’m gonna blame the influencers over all this crazyness in the industry. So many people been beefing and throwing eachother under the bus and reporting every little thing where I feel like the gov is just looking at it like there’s free money and we get to make an example out of everybody.
Tbh It's just unfortunate to see the industry dynamics getting a bit wild. Still, Let's focus on us.
