I'm convinced that you Aussies have the best off road riding on the planet! Ship wreck was awesome.

Awesome videos keep it up 👍🇦🇺. I did Fraser about 2 months ago on my dr 650 and the tip for riding soft sand is speed , 50 to 60 kmph was perfect for me and made it so easy to ride on My daughter is 13 and just got her first bike and hope to do what you do with your dad

The trick for sand is momentum, a lot faster than you would normally ride the same track but it does get tricky with a narrow track and on coming vehicles. The other thing that makes a massive difference and would stop a lot of your crashes in the sand is a really good off road steering damper that you can crank up and adjust on the move, this stops the front wheel deflecting and keeps it straight.

New viewer here. I enjoy your channel, especially seeing interesting Aussie geology like the world's largest sand island. I wonder why it formed right there in that place? Also, one of your crashes shows no sand on the outside knobs of your rear tire, just the three inner rows. Maybe you could "float" better on soft sand with a bigger contact patch (air down your tires to about 10 - 12 psi)?

Can i ask what tyre pressures you are using Rem ? It was getting off the beach that killed me. 4bys churning up the sand, it was like fine dust. Your Mum handles that 690 well.

may help with lower psi in the tires in the sand

Girl, fold in your mirrors when offroad! And get some proper knee-braces (not 100$ knee protectors) for this stuff!
