  • Taking apart my iso30 spindle for maintenance. It has developed an issue with tool extraction and need general maintenance as it's been in service for some years now.

I would't worry about the chinese copying you, take it as a compliment. I had that a few years back with some of my power kite designs, I figured that as I'd given the information out for free, I shouldn't really expect anyone to pay me anything for it :)
    Nice design, there.

      Thanks,
Dont like the chinese copying for profit, I was planning to make airguns for living but EU gun laws changed and ours at the same time. So it prevents me making big bores. It is a little painfull subject still and seeing my work gone to waste...

@@MJPilote Well, it's not entirely gone to waste if people now have access to it, and probably at a price that you wouldn't have been able to match even without legal changes.
I do understand how you might feel bitter about it being copied, but that does go away with time. The only thing that annoyed me was people seeing me racing my personal kites and saying "is that a ?" where was the commercially available copy :)

@@MJPilote I'm pretty sure there is no EU gun laws regarding airguns, after all EU law supersedes national laws and yet we still have no limits on either caliber or power for airguns in the Netherlands. As far as I known airgun laws are strictly a national affair, not EU-wide.

@@pieterveenders9793 Oh, so its just local idiocy. Thank you for correcting me. I thought it had something to do wit the Paris attack back in 2015. After that the laws changed. Luckily we still have no power limit on sub .25 cal. And didn’t adopt the Swedish rules.
