I own no rights to the music or lyrics of “I Hope I Never”, which were written, owned, copyrighted by Tim Finn and performed by Annie Crummer in Auckland, New Zealand in a special live concert with New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, which included Eddie Rayner, on the keyboard; original member of Split Enz. The new arrangements of Split Enz classics were presented live in a compilation called: ENZO- Stranger than Fiction. It is hauntingly beautiful and timeless piece and I dedicate this video to KF.
It was not my intention to violate any copyrights. Additionally, my music videos are a hobby and I do not, nor do I intend to receive any income based on my personally created videos; they are for intended for entertainment purposes only.
