One thing was certain, this level of hunger was not prevalent when a highly incompetent Buhari was in power. This hunger was caused by Tinubu who purportedly built Lagos but ended up destroying Nigeria with his unwarranted subsidy removal, Naira devaluation and electricity tarrif increase.
