I agree about the TV Dawn, even if flat screens aren't necessarily a luxury item anymore, in the sims TV's ARE expensive and a cheaper TV helps tell the backstory and complete the interior

Can you do the house from the sweet valley high books? The split level house with the twins’ bedrooms being so different. Jessica’s was always a mess and Elizabeth’s was tidy and green.

can you plz plz made a series of buildings in a area in newcrest where you left empty in your save file🥺🤍i really love that area and i really want all five buildings to be cohesive in style but somehow different in their own ways, according to the professions and personalities of the sims lives there. i think that will be a good series and you can also add some dramas in the neighborhood

How do you move items with the tool mod without typing coordinates? Is it with the arrow keys?
No, The TOOD mod has a special function for moving objects - pulling them in the right direction. You need to select the object with TOOL and click the mouse in the desired direction while holding down the Alt key (but if it doesn’t work, try ctrl or shift, I can't remember myself). The farther from the object you click, the more it will be pulled in that direction
