A lot of them do have really good messages. I feel like they are putting out positive things in their lyrics. It's a lot better than a metal band who fake worships Satan or actually does. Either way it's not helping anyone really. A lot of Christian bands have good messages that don't have to always strictly coheed to their religious beliefs. You might just like 'em for their sick breakdowns XD Just kinda my outlook on it.

I feel like the lack of existential angst kinda takes the punch out of it though. The reason a lot of metal has satanic undertones is because it defies much of the religious dogma the majority of people live by. That said, christian metal isn't worse per se, and I liked this song a lot. I just have a hard time feeling the same authenticity and energy from it.

God’s children are not for sale. I’ve been listening to this song since 2016 and I can’t help but cry. In the comfort of my home, with my family, writing this… while people are forced to sex slavery. What must a man do to help those? How does a man help? I feel so lost. God guide me and protect everyone in this comment section. God please bless everyone who sees this video and may you impact them as greatly as you impacted me. Lord Jesus, you gave me a gift, and that is to be a great Doctor. God I ask that you guide me through the darkness and show me how to use your gifts to serve the world. In Lord Jesus’ name Amen.

This is heartbreaking but also encouraging knowing that people are taking a stand for Christ for those strongly effected by human trafficking. The lyrics, "only a coward would try to ignore it", really hits home. The only hope in all of this is Jesus Christ and in what He is doing through His people. What people don't understand is that this stuff breaks the heart of God. Some say He doesn't exist or He must not care and love people enough to allow this. God's heart is for the broken and suffering, and there is healing, restoration, and life in His only Son Jesus Christ.

This song has really motivated me to start a local community awareness program through my work. I work with the public and a large corporation and want to spread awareness of the signs to look for in a human trafficking operation. I guess a big red flag for human trafficking operations are illegitimate businesses like massage parlors or spa treatment places. Also, truck stops are probably a huge one...God bless you for writing this song and inspiring those who have listened to it.

I don't understand all the negative comments about this band. I am a huge supporter for metalcore, heavy metal music when our Lord and Savior is at the focal point. It may all sound the same as other metalcore bands but that is not the point. Its time we all grow up and keep our eyes to the sky and praise the Lord for bands making music for awareness about something so negative. Keep rocking it For Today.

Why are so many arguing about the messages in Christian music? Can you not hear and see what this song is about??? I'm sure we can all agree that THIS song has an important message that everyone needs to hear, especially those fools who think this doesn't happen in the states to people from the states; and maybe their next door neighbor. Anyway people need to realize that this was made to bring attention to a very real issue that has been infecting society for too long of a time instead of trying to stab each other through the face with comments. Have a great day, and God bless.

    Eye to eye
    Face to face
Still we don't see them, we look away
Still they cry, but no one is listening
When will we open our eyes
    Open our eyes
This song we sing to silence the suffering
When will we hear their cries
This song we sing to silence the suffering
When will we open our eyes
So let the world listen closely
As I scream to see the freedom they deserve
    Let the world listen closely
I say, it's time to cross the lines of culture
    Birth bringing on poverty
They keep us uninformed and distracted
If they can't fight for themselves, we'll fight for them
It's time to fight the silence (go)
    Broken, abused, and exploited
For the sick satisfaction of selfish men
Only a coward would try to ignore it
But we can raise our voice and bring it to an end
    Fight, fight, fight the silence
    Set the captives free
    Fight, fight, fight the silence
They're a slave to a system of apathy
    Bought and sold
They're right to life has been taken away
    Bought and sold
    Bring an end to slavery
    Open our eyes
This song we sing to silence the suffering
When will we hear their cries
This song we sing to silence the suffering
When will we open our eyes
This song we sing to silence the suffering
When will we hear their cries
This song we sing to silence the suffering
When will we open our eyes
Their fate is in our hands
Will they be left there to suffer
    Will somebody take a stand
Against a system that's been designed to deny
It's victims their right to life
    Let's set the captives free
When all is said and done, we'll see justice come
It's time to fight the silence (go)
    The voice of the voiceless
    Fight the silence
We are the hope for the hopeless
    Fight the silence
    Fight, fight, fight the silence
    It's time to fight

It is better to be hated for doing what is right than to be hated for wrong-doing. Good Christian saints remember this, be steadfast.

Christians (True Christians) do NOT hate homosexuals. We love them just as the person they are we are commanded to do. We do NOT however support their union before God. We should not love them less or treat them differently and I have even learned a bit about myself from interacting with them. They are just people guys. Whatever choice they make is between them and God

I haven't always been a fan of this band but I remember meeting Mattie Montgomery when he still had dreads in Long Island for a Life In Your Way Show and he was reading the bible and seriously searching for answers. Regardless if what people say or think about this band Mattie is sincere and doing what he thinks for himself and others is right. I applaud them for creating more and more consciousness about human trafficking as well as building more and more safer places for people to seek out God or community. Bands like this although at times not always my favorite music, really leave an impression that the gospel is still real today and that music even "christian" music can help in the cause for social change. I recommend Sleeping Giant as well you will be surely blessed.

this is definitely one of my favorite bands here recently i have found myself listening to them on spotify and at work on here. I love that they are not afraid to sing about the things of this world that not many people are willing to sing about. #christianmetalforthewin. keep singing about the things you do guys it helps alot more people than you think it does. As always, may the glory go to GOD for he is the one that showed us unconditional love. Psalm 104:33 I will sing to the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.

This song reminded me how important human trafficking is to me. My roomate planted a seed of doubt in me about the severity of the situation. But forget him, all he does is seed doubt, let us fight in unity on this! Fight the silence!
