I'm curious , do you post replays based on the players ELO rating off of ratingupdateinfo or are these guys off the in-game leaderboards? I'm just wondering how you're finding high level players all the time.

I think Zato is pretty mid tier or low mid as of now. Most of the Zato players just outplay super hard. Like gobou, latif, peppery etc. But as a character himself he has some fatal flaws. Definitely feels he needs buffs in the patch, so that he can stand a chance to compete with other characters who are stronger (around 9 or 10) than him. But as of right now he's like barely competitively viable with all the bad MU's he has.

There are about 7 criteria.
ELO ratings are useful, but I don't use 10% of them in my player selection process.
